November 4, 2015Our position on this complaint has not changed A vehicle can be purchased when at least one of the borrowers has a valid license If there had not been a valid driver, the [redacted] would not have titled it back in 2014, nor would have a lender approved the loan This is an issue with the [redacted] and not Pinnacle Nissan. As stated in the first correspondence, we cannot change a contract which we do not hold The customer needs to contact the lien holder of the vehicle to have Mr [redacted] name removed from the title, or with the *** There is nothing we can do to resolve the issue with the outstanding tickets for Mr***[redacted] Compliance Director Pinnacle Nissan

November 3, We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] with your officeMr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] purchased their vehicle October 18th, At the time of purchase we were able to register the vehicle with the [redacted] *** This registration has been in valid for the past year If Ms [redacted] is unable to renew her registration for 2015, then it is an issue with the [redacted] and not Pinnacle Nissan Pinnacle Nissan cannot comply with her request to remove Mr [redacted] from the vehicle contract as we do not own the contractMs [redacted] would have to contact the lien holder of the vehicle and negotiate a new contract.Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely, [redacted] Compliance Director Pinnacle Nissan

None of the paperwork provided during the sale of the vehicle included the drive train informationI would like to see the paperwork that the dealership is calming they have

April 4, 2016MsS [redacted] purchased her vehicle December, At that time the customer signed a "mandatory disclosure" document which clearly states that any payments that are due or come due are the responsibility of the consumer As she stated, our staff directed her to contact Nissan North America Credit and inform them that she was in the process of trading in the vehicleMsS [redacted] made the initial call, but did no follow up to ensure that the payment had been made or that NMAC was aware of the pending trade. As far as her credit being accessed by S [redacted] Bank, MsS [redacted] signed a credit application that gave us a permissible purpose to submit her credit application to various lenders This is common practice to obtain the best financing rate for our customers.Pinnacle Nissan did not report the late payments to the credit reporting agenciesNissan North America Credit is responsible, and the issue should be addressed directly with them MsS [redacted] can also file a dispute with each of the credit reporting agencies against Nissan North America Credit.Sincerely,Patti S [redacted] Compliance DirectorPinnacle Nissan

February 19, 2016Phoenix Revdex.com [redacted] ** [redacted] Re: ID# [redacted] Lacey C.***We are in receipt of the complaint MsC [redacted] filed with your office.MsC [redacted] purchased her vehicle over months ago and we cannot confirm what information she was told initially In reviewing the deal, none of the paperwork including the MVD title work indicated that the vehicle was 4WD.Herb J[redacted] , General Sales Manager has been in contact with MsC [redacted] regarding her issue At the present time, Pinnacle Nissan did not have any vehicles on the lot that met her specifications (4X4, and passenger)MrJ [redacted] advised MsC [redacted] that he would research and look for a vehicle, at an affordable price, and would advise her if one was found. We regret the inconvenience that this has caused MsC [redacted] and will work with her to resolve it to the satisfaction of both parties.Sincerely,Patti S [redacted] Compliance Director – Pinnacle Nissan

The company refuses to give me copies of the paperwork because the final purchase price was $agreed to by the Sales manager & myself Also the tax, title & registration was only $I also was told I had to have a service contract because of the age of the vehicle which I said I did not want & his finance manager added it any way, He never said why the Document Fee was So much higher than any other dealer! The only way I will settle this is when I get a copy of my paperwork & a refund of the difference of the Purchase price we agreed upon & what I was charged & also the very unfair document fees! I also today received a form from AZ attorney general to file a complaint with them if the company will not settle!

February 23, 2016Again we apologize that our staff at Pinnacle Nissan did not provide the information that MsS [redacted] was looking forOur offer still stands for MsS [redacted] to make an appointment with our Finance Director to review the pricing of the vehicle Additionally, the $refund will be processed and sent to the address listed on this complaint Please allow business days for the check to be processed and mailed through our accounting office.Sincerely,Patti S [redacted] Compliance D [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The payment that was received did not cover the costs of the Nissan [redacted] as stated in the responseThe amount provided was the amount that was overcharged in the loan that was originated for the purchase of the Nissan ***Pinnacle Nissan had stated that I would not hold any financial obligation for the [redacted] upon purchasing the ***As stated, representatives of Pinnacle Nissan had made a commitment to me to pay off the lease in its entirety out of Pinnacle's gains from the Purchase of the [redacted] as there were rebates and incentives that came along with purchasing the Nissan [redacted] that would be applied to my existing lease instead of reducing the price of the [redacted] or going back to my pocketsInstead of having these rebates and incentives applied to my existing loan or going to the reduction of the price of my new vehicle purchase, I was charged the full retail value for the Nissan [redacted] (PLUS $6,on top of that retail pricing)Therefore, the check that I received from Pinnacle for $6,is money that I am perosnally responsbile for through the repayment of my new auto loan which totals over $42,The retail value on the [redacted] according to numerous well known and respected organizations is no more than $34,for this model and that takes into account every feature available for the vehicleRegardless of all of these facts, the amount due that was to cover the remaining lease payments on the Nissan [redacted] is $8,not $6,as Pinnacle had stated at the time of the transactionI was told that my account was looked up as the Nissan [redacted] was fiananced through Nissan [redacted] and this was the balance that was dueEven if I were to accept the $6,as a settlement of this matter (which I Do Not) I would still have an additional obligation of $1,Also, I have in writing that Pinnacle would cover any damages to the [redacted] upon inspection which will come at the time of evaluationI am willing to settle this matter as I just want to be done with itI would ask Pinnacle to split the difference with me on this situation and we end it thereI received the $6,which I can apply to the loan of the [redacted] so that I am not grossly overpaying for the ***Pinnacle had committed to me to pay of the remainder of the lease along with any damages that would be billed to by the leasing company at the time of inspection which I have in writingAs an effort to end this I would ask that Pinnacle cut me a check for $4,(half of the amount remaining on the lease) and hold true to covering the costs of any damages that might be determined by the finance company(or if preferred, simply add an additional $(half of the amount assessed by Pinnacle Nissan's own staff as the cost of the damages) to cover the potential damages totaling $4,In summary, to resolve the issue and move on I am willing to accept $4,(half of the remaining balance of the lease) + the cost of damages to the [redacted] OR $4,(half of the remaining balance of the lease + assumed damages paid up front)If Nissan accepts this proposal, I will drop the issue and consider the matter resolved with no further action to attempt resolution I just want this to be done and over with and hopefully Pinnacle Nissan agreesI am happy to sign off on any legal agreements stating that the matter is resolved and that no further action will be taken if one of the two options above can be agreed upon quickly Regards, [redacted]

January 2, 2015We apologize for the delay in responding to the complaint submitted by [redacted] A check for $6,has been cut to cover the costs of the remaining payments due on the ***.Sincerely, [redacted] Compliance Director - Pinnacle Nissan

April 7, We are in receipt of the complaint filed by [redacted] with your office. In the complaint Ms [redacted] claims she is a victim of “senior abuse” regarding the service on her vehicle at Pinnacle Nissan Ms [redacted] made this claim only after her son told her that she had been taken advantage ofIn the complaint Ms [redacted] said that she only wanted minor work done, such as an oil change and tire light problem and possibly a 30,000-mile check.I personally listened to the call made by Ms [redacted] to our service department to make the appointment and she clearly stated that she wanted to bring her vehicle in for 30,000-mile serviceThe advisor confirmed what it was that she was bringing her vehicle in forHe also advised her that this service would take more than hours and arranged a rental vehicle for her to use at no charge. Please find attached a copy of the repair order for her vehicleThe work performed was more than a mere oil change or topping off fluids All of these repair items were discussed with Ms [redacted] prior to the work being performed and she okayed all of the charges. We regret that Ms [redacted] feels she was taken advantage of Pinnacle Nissan stands behind the work performed and the associated costs.Sincerely, [redacted] Compliance Director – Pinnacle Nissan

We are in receipt of the 2nd response from Ms [redacted] regarding the money she believes is due her.Ms [redacted] claims that when the vehicle was purchased she was unaware of the charges for the “dealer adds”, of paint protection, door guards, window tint, and nitrogen kitThe vehicle was purchased in March and Ms [redacted] filed her first complaint with the Attorney General’s office June 28, Our response was sent back indicating that we were willing to refund the entire amount for the “dealer adds”, upon signing the Release Agreement. This Release Agreement is a standard form that is used for any customer when a formal complaint is filed with the Attorney General’s office or the Revdex.comMs [redacted] has had nearly a year to voice her feelings about Pinnacle Nissan to her family, friends, as well as the use of social media. Our position since the first complaint was filed has not changedWe are more than willing to refund the amount of $1,when the Release Agreement is signed and returned to Pinnacle NissanWe do not feel that asking for a signature on this document to be unfair or unjust

because it was the sales person by the name of alan henson that gave us the information that we could still register the car even if john does have a licence or have outstanding tickets and he also stated that as long as one of you have a drivers licenceso he was aware of this but yet they sold the car to us anyway knowing that mr.*** didn't have any licence and had outstanding tickets...so they are telling me in the state of Arizona u can purchase a vehicle without any drivers licences I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as I stated in my initial complaint I did not ever receive a copy of the CarfaxThe Carfax that I was shown at the car dealership pinnacle NissanDid not have any accidents reported on itThe Carfax that I was shown was a different car fax than what is attached by pinnacle Nissan on 5/10/in their responseI am not an auto mechanicHaving seen a clean Carfax I did not think that a reputable dealership would blatantly lie about the condition of their vehicle I was not aware that I needed to take the vehicle to another mechanic to be reinspectedI was told that the vehicle had passed a rigorous inspection and was in fantastic condition and was never told about any accidents While in finance I went over the Carfax with the finance managerI requested a copy of the Carfax and the finance manager insured me he would include it in my paperworkThat never happenedWhen I called back to making this an additional payment I requested a copy of the Carfax again the finance manager again agreed to get a copy right out to meThat never happenedI spoke to him one more time and requested a copy of the Carfax again and I never got itI still to this day have never been sent a copy of the Carfax by pinnacle NissanI found out that the car was in an accident from the Carfax that pinnacle Nissan sent to the attorney general There have been no mention about any accident prior to thatOnly the dealership denying that there was ever any work done to the vehicle by them If they record calls I urge you to have the phone calls pulled from when I made my payments and also when I was lied to about the price of the vehicle and when I got to the dealership they told me I was never quoted the price that they quoted over the phone.I would like to know why I do not have copies of the documents that are provided in this complaint and the original carfax I was shownThis is complete fraud

We apologize for the delayIn order to respond to the customers last comments it is necessary for us to pull the deal file, which is stored at an off site facilityOnce we have the deal paperwork a response will be sent.Sincerely,Pinnacle Nissan
