I contracted with Pioneer Law Firm to assist in some debt settlementsI incurred significant debt while caring for my ailing father who ultimately passed in May of In June of I entered into a contract pursuant to which I would pay $monthly into an escrow account that would build while Pioneer worked to reduce outstanding debt obligationsSeveral things were represented to me, chief among them that (1) I could skip a payment at any time by giving notice, (2) I could withdraw from the program at any time and would be refunded my escrowed account less nominal fees for legal and administration On 12/I sent an email asking that the December payment not be withdrawn from my account The payment was withdrawn anyway On December 26th contacted Pioneer and asked that the payment be refunded citing my written request to skip the draft I was told that the payment would be refunded to me 1-business days after the draft cleared The draft cleared on 12/I called

I entered a contract with Pioneer Law Firm in May with debt that I wished to resolve The debt involved five credit cardsAt the time I entered the program I was told that I would enter a month program in which all of my debt would be resolved with my cards The agreed upon drafted payment from my checking account was $on a monthly basis According to the law firm as I was told by the "sales person," I would not need any additional funds to resolve my debt In November of as I approached the end of the program, I was very concerned because I still had two of my larger credit cards that had not been resolved I also was aware of the amount I had in my "account" for debt settlement I tried repeatedly to get someone to return my calls to get a status on the account At this point in time one of the "negotiators," told me I might need additional funds He did not tell me how much In April, days after I had successfully completed my program, I again repe

Breach of Contract They negotiated a settlement with one of my creditors to pay on my behalf They did not pay the creditor per our contract, but took all the money out of my account They have NO GOOD reason why this occurred, and now I cannot get a return call [redacted] personally assured me she would call me back I cannot get her on the phone, nor can I reach her when I call I spoke with the attorney they negotiated the settlement with They will not call her back either [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I agree they have made contact with me to try and come to an agreement and in doing so it has revealed more mismanagement with a settlement that was never presented to me and has since expired with one one of my creditorsWe are working towards a resolution however I feel as if we are still far apart on something satisfactory This issue is not resolved Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Pioneer In 2013, I entered into a 47- month program with Pioneer The only thing reliable about this company is the ability to withdraw your money on time every month When you call to speak about your account, you talk to essentially an operator that tells you how many on time payments you have madeThey cannot specifically speak to your account Actually, pretty much no one can speak to you, they always say that someone will call you back, which they don’t normally If they do, they still just say they are working on itAs I’ve neared the ‘end’ of my program I have been contacting them very often given I still have multiple accounts that are not taken care of Pioneer recently told me I’d need to either pay a lump sum of over $10,or continue my monthly withdrawals to finalize the program I’ve called, emailed and expressed my concerns to never have a resolutionThey simply say they are still working on it, which I have zero faith

In my husband and I decided we needed to get out of credit card debt We talked with [redacted] from Pioneer Law Firm and he assured us they could negotiate our 37,worth of debt way down and stop the collection calls we were getting I continually asked what their fees were and he continually told me that they were included in the settlement cost so I shouldn't worry about it I was told they would contact all creditors and that they would work with all the creditors I wanted to spread our payments out over months but [redacted] pushed us to make the payments in only months They had someone meet us and sign the paperwork but this person couldn't explain any of the documents we were signing and believed that Pioneer Law Firm had gone over all the documents with us, which wasn't true We made our $monthly payments religiously even though I lost my job a couple months after signing with them Two years into the program we had a major house fire In th

I paid in full and Pioneer has not completed their end of the programI still have debts that have not been settled and no one calls you back from the firmI paid early and they said that confused them but they still take their monthly fee from he escrow account

My wife and I contracted with Pioneer Law Firm in Feburary of We paid Pioneer $25,to settle our debts of $35,We paid our payments every month until our proposed last payment on July 19, We paid $per monthWhen I called PioneerWhen our last payment date approached I called Pioneer to make sure this was my last payment and that no other payments will be automatically withdrawn as I was in the process of closing the accountThe customer service rep from Pioneer assured me that no other money would be coming out of this accountAlso I received a letter from Pioneer that said I had over $2,left in my accountOn October 3, My wife and I went to get pre approval for a mortgage from *** ***While they checked my Credit Report and printed it out I was told that I had 3-Credit Card accounts that have yet to be paid and I would need to clear that up before I sold my house in order to buy a new oneWhen I called Pioneer to find out what w

Pioneer Law Firm represented me for years in handling some credit matters I was dealing with During that time, I would pay $per month which was placed in an escrow account for them to use to pay my creditors after a settlement was reached The amount in the escrow has now grown to an amount large enough to pay off the last creditor that I have an account with that Pioneer is handling I have made numerous requests (August 31, September 5, 6, 7, and 10) that they go ahead and use the excess money that is being held in my escrow account to make a final lump sum payment in the amount of $to the last creditor They have done this in the past for me Today, they made just the minimum monthly payment Each time a payment is made, they charge me a $fee for making the payment In addition, every month that they hold money in my escrow account, they charge me $for that I believe they are intentionally failing to make my final payment so that they can draw out mor

we intered into a contract with Pioneer law firm for credit consolidation over years ago, we followed everything they had in contract including when we would have check in calls from them and we followed those when they asked that we up the monthly payments to build up the account, they had said we could go back down on payments later if needed, we decided to keep them there to help get it done in timely manner the last settlement was finished by november , at least that is what we believed until we found out it had been done much soonermy husband called pioneer law firm back in november to find out about the last settlement and closing our contractpioneer told him they needed the *** from that company to close out, they where going to call the company, my husband called again in December Pioneer now said he would need to call that company to get *** , which he then did and they said they sent it , my husband called pioneer back a week later, they said oh no w

My husband and I joined Pioneer Law Firm January in hopes of improving our credit debit Unfortunately, our experience did not go as was promised In November we received a court summons regarding one of our accounts in the program We were told over and over by Pioneer not to worry they would take care of everything We called/emailed Pioneer often to see how things were progressing Our calls/emails often went unanswered and the court papers kept coming We ended up going to court and having our bank account frozen and wages garnished This became a nightmare instead of an improvement Due to all of this we are forced to now file for bankruptcy I would NOT recommend Pioneer as a debt management program!!
