Pioneer Law Firm, P.C. Reviews (110)

I entered a contract with Pioneer Law Firm in May with debt that I wished to resolve The debt involved five credit cardsAt the time I entered the program I was told that I would enter a month program in which all of my debt would be resolved with my cards The agreed upon drafted payment from my checking account was $on a monthly basis According to the law firm as I was told by the "sales person," I would not need any additional funds to resolve my debt
In November of as I approached the end of the program, I was very concerned because I still had two of my larger credit cards that had not been resolved I also was aware of the amount I had in my "account" for debt settlement I tried repeatedly to get someone to return my calls to get a status on the account At this point in time one of the "negotiators," told me I might need additional funds He did not tell me how much
In April, days after I had successfully completed my program, I again repe

I am extremely disappointed with Pioneer and the services that have been provided
My wife and I signed up with Pioneer in June of in a month plan The first payment was on made on June 05, In the months since we started we missed full payment and partial payments This was approved by Pioneer staff In the months since signing up we have paid 22,dollars for debt resolution We have months remaining at = 15,
I requested a payoff balance, you provided a high estimate for payoff of 24,this is an additional 11+ months beyond the month contract
Secondly, when we signed up I asked how this would effect my credit (help/hurt) I was told that it would hurt for the first six months but would get better after we started with your program
We received a letter from Pioneer stating that our creditors would be notified of our involvement in your program
We received another letter stating that because of changes in creditor poli

I joined their debt settlement program in August pursuant to their promises to resolve my credit card debt, about $50,000, for a "fraction of the original balance." I signed up to have $paid over months They said I could have cards settled for payments totalling $32, I thought that was a pretty good deal My last payment was supposed to have been made in July Well not only have only of my cards been paid off (is in the process of being paid), they are telling me that the last card to be settled, Bank of America, will only settle for a lump sum of over $17,000, or a $lump sum and payments over AN ADDITIONAL THREE YEARS Right now, I have paid over $40,into the program, and now, to complete the program, I need to pay an additional $17,000??? I will have paid over $into the program than my original balances! I feel cheated and scammed out of my money when I could have just continued making payments directly to the cards myself At thei
