Breach of Contract They negotiated a settlement with one of my creditors to pay on my behalf They did not pay the creditor per our contract, but took all the money out of my account They have NO GOOD reason why this occurred, and now I cannot get a return call *** *** *** *** personally assured me she would call me back I cannot get her on the phone, nor can I reach her when I call

This is very deceptive business and I recommend that those with consumer debt problems looking to settle with the credit card companies stay away - far, far away - from Pioneer My wife and I have been paying them $per month since when we were told we should start seeing settlements of some of our accounts within one year According to Pioneer, the reason they cannot settle with anyone is due to a lawsuit slapped on us by Amex in Janthat is still being litigated by PioneerMy family and I have been hamstrung and our credit is totally in the toilet at this point, we can't even do a refi on our home to cash out and payoff these creditors because of it (since our problems, our incomes have stabilized and we have a good amount of equity on the home, but it doesn't matter)! Every time I call for a status from an actual attorney (which has been over a dozen or so times since late 2016), we are told that we're "doing great, congratulations with your decision, keep up the good work, blah, blah, blah" and we get no clarity on the lawsuit, no call backs, no nothing And NOTHING has been settled! BUYER BEWARE - do not make the same mistake we made and DO NOT USE SETTLEMENT LAW FIRMS for your debt troubles!

I entered into a debt reduction contract with Pioneer at a starting debt of $54,I have been making payments of a month since 02/16/The contract was for a month program that I was assured would not take that long as the contract represented a worst case scenarioAs of today I am in month of the program and have paid a total of $26,As of my last review with Pioneer, my current debt balance is 50,which means they have only reduced my debt $3,I received a letter post marked July 26th with the date on the letter being April stating my account has been turned over to Attorney *** quoting Professional Conduct Rule stating I can take possession of my case if I notify them in writing within days of the letterA letter post marked months after that dateIt also goes to mention that their customer services is abysmal at best and the list of customer service complaints are too long to list in this form

This company is a BIG FAT ZERO and do not even rate Star! They lied to me from the beginning to get me to sign up with themIt was like they offered a guarantee that they would get me out of debt for the money they quoted me or lessAnd if they did not, they would not charge me any feesThe fees would be returnedThey promised me that in years I would be out from under all the debt I entrusted them to settle for meIn fact, I was told that if they did not get things paid off some of their fees would be refunded to me to pay the balances offWhat a CROCK! I went with this firm because of all the promises and now at the end of my contract with them, there is still one debt that they did not even bother to try and pay off even though I called them on it several timesI received an email from them today 07/16/stating they finally got a settlement for me with this creditor and I needed to respond to them quickly so they could move forwardYeah, months into a month contract they are finally ready to talk to me on this one debt! I kept asking them if they would get it paid off in the timeframe they listed using the money I have been providing and they assured me it would be handledThey work with GCS and have very high fees to begin with, but then on top of the fees I knew they were charging they added extra ones for things like 2-day handling and phone fees What are they charging me for??? The bills did not need to have expedited fees, they had the money to pay themNow I have only two months left on the contract they contacted me and are telling me that I still owe a debt to this creditor of over $dollarsThey never even started to pay them after almost years!!!!! I cannot believe that a company that continues to lie and cheat are still in businessWe need to STOP this from happening to anyone else

I am looking to close out my account as the company never provided any services to me but I made payments to them to pay creditors and that never happened I have called times in the past days and have sent an email and I never get a call back All I want to do is close my account and get my money that they are holding back I have paid all my debt off in my divorce and their services are no longer needed or wanted The company refuses to connect me to anyone other then the people answering the phone and the people answering the phone don't connect you with anyone that can help you They keep saying Eddie will call me back in 24-hours but I never get a call And no one knows anyones last name or will give you their last name

I asked Pioneer Law Firm to pay the final payments owed several times via phone and email and I finally got a confirmation that it was done, so the loans all should have been paid in full, I have email confirmation and had a run around in the process of tring to achieve this, and hence having all paid off, I will no longer in need there serviceshowever, they never paid the final payment and left me hanging stating it was completed when it never was

Pioneer failed to do their due diligence and confirm that I am listed on accounts placed in their programThe joint accounts have not been paid for months by Pioneer and none of the creditors have been contactedI am being contacted constantly by the joint creditors and now my credit score has decreased from to I called Pioneer to tell them they have unethically impacted my credit and did not have authorization to place my accounts into this programThey refused to help me at all, despite pointing out that I am owner of the accountsThey stated they won't even contact me with a resolutionThis is ridiculously illegal and unethical business practices to do this to someoneThey have devestated my credit score, and caused me the inability to relocate, make new purchases, or buy a homeThey have, LITERALLY, destroyed my ability to start my life overAnd, when notified of their role in this, they minimized it and have no desire to appropriately investigate it or resolve i

This company is a farce We are approaching (actually past) our closer time and have paid 2% over what was promised We have been trying for over months to get a knowledgeable person on the line to answer questions instead of reading off of Q cards Nobody returns our calls and when you ask for a supervisor or manager the response is always the same "they just went into a meeting and will be out in an hour and will call you back" We never get a call back They have closed all but or of our accounts (I believe) cannot get a good review from them of my account We after one year increased our monthly allotment and were told it would decrease the time in the program It has not and on the last settlement they totally mismanaged the account and promised monies they didn't have and tried to force us to pay monies we didn't have saying if we don't pay we will be in default I keep records of every conversation and when I confronted them and told them it was there fault and quoted from the contract the person on the phone got frustrated and said they were getting me a supervisor when I ask for one and then came back on the line with they just went into a meeting All of their actions give the appearance that they string along the closer of accounts so they can keep collecting monies and hope that the customers don't fully read the agreement and keep paying I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy If you are considering this company to represent you RUN QUICK

I payed almost $30,to pioneer to eliminate my debt it was a month plan which would be done in august of they never payed off all my debt and now I had to file chapter and may lose my homeThey wont return my phone calls or emails after reading all the complaints I cant believe that there still in businessI tried to do the right thing and it back fired now my credit that was at is now at and wont get better for yearsThey are crooks and need to be placed accountable! I am totally baffled at how this business can receive an A+ rating when only negative reviews have been given I retained Pioneer Law Firm in to settled my debts with a three year contract Now months past our initial contract, they are still dragging us along, incurring fees every month Pioneer was very helpful for the first year and a half, but after that they seem to not care I am the one who has had to badger Pioneer for any negotiations to happen We have one last account to be settled, and there is more than enough money in our escrow account to have settled that account in full, and paid the creditor interest for the almost years we have been in the program This last account was allegedly negotiated in 2014, and again in May 2017, but was not been settled because seven days had passed without an 'authorization to debit' document Who dropped the ball there? I thought were had completed the program and unbeknownst to me, we weren't Pioneer didn't contact me When I noticed they were still taking money out via automatic funds transfer without my authorization, I went berserk I have been calling every day, trying to get someone to helpThey have ceased taking out money, but no other help I am so frustrated about getting the run around They tell me I am on the schedule for a phone call the 24th Why should I have to wait for a phone call on the 24th when I am on the phone NOW!!! Talk to me NOW!!!
