I am rejecting this response because: I had purchased $worth and when they sent me the package back in oct it said package of 2.....What they sent me was persimmons, fall gold raspberry plants and they had substituted the cherry trees cause of no stock by sending me nanking cherry bushes & thought that would be ok! All the plant looked dead the day I received them but I planted them anywaysI contacted the nursery and told them I didnt want the nanking cherry bushes only because I already have several planted along side my garageAfter several emails and listening to them give me the run around, they refunded me for the flowering cherry trees onlyThe only reason im wanting a FULL REFUND is because I dont have live plant to show for anything that I orderedThey looked dead when I received them and they still are dead right at this very moment! I accepted the $for the flowering cherry trees, and I accept the $as a partial refund but they still owe me $They was gonna send me the flowering cherry trees until I brought it to their attention that they was refundedBelow is what I had stated to them via emailYou will see that I did NOT cancell anything I simply asked them why would they want to send more dead plantsAgain I have nothing to show for this order and I want a full refundI do not see any future business with this company and im speaking on behalf of myselfIf you read the online reviews for Four seasons nursery then you will see that im not the only one! I am rejecting this response because: Hello,Is there a way to access my messages?The company keeps saying that they do not enough information to process the replacement order after two packages was sent to them with all requested information.It has been always stated in paperwork mailed to them twice that none of the items survived and the full amount of the order $needs to be replaced with the following items: Cherry, Sugar Sweet $16.79So, it has been communicated in writing by mail that sets of bundles of need to be replaced and mailed in the Spring.The company claims that correspondence was sent to me back at the end of January (all info was provided in the letter sent in December 2017)I have not received any letters back yetMoreover, it was clear that all items did not survive, why to ask again?This behavior is unacceptable.It looks like the company asking for information that was provided to them two times now and wants the consumers to keep spending time and keep writing letters and mail them to the company until consumers give up.The company does not accept anything by email or phone unlike the rest of the similar companiesPlease advise how to deal with businesses like that?Thanks***

I am rejecting this response because:out of trees ordered only of them are growing I do not wish to receive more plants from a place that has a 33% survivial rate I am seeking full refund for my orders since the product is obviously inferior I supplied the order numbers in my original complaint and asking for my credit card receipt is absurd You can easily verify my information through the order numbers I have already supplied

I am rejecting this response because: When I received the package on the 6/22/17, most of the plants I ordered were kind of dry except for the "Elephant Ear" which I didn't orderI ordered "Black Metallic Alocasia" instead they send me something else without calling or sending an email to ask if I would like to replace it with anotherThey didn't give me any other choice but to accept whatever they send me When I checked the rest of the order, I realized that the "Giant President Cannas" has been changed to a package of (mix cannas) on their labels I don't know what kind of canna they are or what colors What's the price for the one they sent me Are they the same price like the one I chose or are they cheaper?
