It took technicians to try to solve my Washer machine drainThe 1st sold me the BioOne drain treatment That worked to good that it clogged my drain with the built upThen my washer drain backed up all over My garage floor I called for recallThey sent a supervisor out to snake the drainBut, it still drained on floorThis went on for weeksFinally they sent James on 2nd recallHe snaked the drain twice & tested the washer before leaving It drains proper now! James said he was one of the youngest & newest employee which he has need called TheRookieDon’t he hesitate to ask for James the Rookie He is awesome with great serviceNow, I am satisfied and Happy!
