A/C Medic is great! Had a difficult situation but they were very creative in resolving issue explaining every step of the way They listened, arrived on time and very conscientious Great service in all respects!!
This company asks its customers to post online reviews after they do their service That explains why they have that many online reviews At first I was satisfied with their service and posted my good review But after a few days I discovered how I was fooled into paying for services I didn't ask for, and I discovered some of their annoying practices I asked them to install two toilets that I purchased myself They charged me x $= $for the toilets replacement My bill was $480.99, I will explain how this happened They also decided, on their own without asking me, to replace a supply line in my third bathroom that was working perfectly fine They decided to replace it and charged me for it before even seeing it I never showed it to them or even mentioned it Here is $ The supply lines for the two other toilets x $= $ Shut off valve w/riser $ They did not charge me for consultation or water hardness test, though Also, the technician was nice enough to help me pick up the toilets from Lowe's in his truck, free of charge For an unclear reason they decided to charge me half the cost upfront on the day of the consultation even though it's all labor cost, since I purchased the toilets my self from Lowe's Today I discovered that they had stuck a big ugly sticker on my water heater claiming that they installed it and asking me to call them in case of an emergency They did not install the water heater and I asked them not to touch it when they wanted to perform maintenance on it But they took the liberty to post ads in my house and lie I do not mind paying extra for a service I ask for Deceptive practices and performing services I didn't ask for to raise the bill is something I don't accept I will not hire them again
Francisco came by to conduct our annual inspection and to replace of couple of hose bibs which had gone bad His service, attentention to detail and expertise are top-notch Second to none Very happy with him and the services he provided today
I called Plumbing Medic to have my garbage disposal replaced & update the pipes on the main water lineFrancisco arrived on time, did a great job explaining what the problems were, provided tips on how to properly maintain the plumbing and pipes in my house and was able to complete all work relatively quicklyI will be calling Plumbing Medic in the future if I encounter any plumbing issues Francisco came to my house to do a yearly inspection of the plumbing system in my houseHe pointed out the plumbing issues that existedHe replaced the filters on the Reverse Osmosis systemHe did a great job providing customer service & explained the pricingI have been a customer of Plumbing Medic since I purchased my house & have never had an issue Francisco the tech did a great job replacing the RO System for my kitchenI have used plumbing medic for years and always have had great service

Couldn't have ordered more pleasant service tech Dallen was Very polite and personable and spent more time and did more than any prior experience with a plumberFrom intro with shoe protectors when entering our home to completion sending pics of all the work and testing he didWill refer them in a heartbeat to anyone
I had a plumbing issue that needed immediate attentionI had purchased my own hardware for Thomas to installTurns out I had purchased the wrong thingI made a second attempt and still failedThomas checked in with his supervisor and suggested he purchase and come back early the next day as it was getting lateHe made sure everything was prepped and ready to go as I needed to work the next day but would be in lateHe was very nice and kept everything clean and got the double job doneI would refer this business to family and friends and would request to have Thomas as my technician for any future needs
I've used Plumbing Medic for several years now This time Zayn Wwas the service provider There was a leak under my kitchen sink and Zayn found it immediatelyZayn was an excellent provider Not only did he fix the leak, he checked everything under that sink and found a spot that was a potential problem Luckily the part required to repair that problem was in his van I am really so pleased with his service I'll definitely ask for him whenever I have another problem

We had new Granite counter tops installed and a new sink, I knew I couldn't hook the drain and the disposal backI called and this company was able to come out fast and fix the problemDave T was my Technician and he was very nice, knew what he needed to doIt looks better then what the builder did years ago, very clean job
Called at 15:They had someone take a look at my Hot Water heater by 16:Had a brand new one installed by 18:Awesome job and highly recommended !! Thanks guys !!
