I called Plumbing Medic when my water heater's pilot light wouldn't come on, two days before leaving for a two week vacationFrancisco arrived promptly, helped order the right part and schedule time to come back to repair the heaterHe gave me three quotes to repair the heater, replace it with their product or replace it with my store-bought productWhen he returned, the heater was leaking badly and could not be repairedI scheduled Francisco to come back to completely replace the heater with Plumbing Medic's productHe was prompt, professional, efficient and went above and beyond the call of dutyWhile he was repairing the water heater, I asked him to look at my leaky toilet, which we determined would be cheaper to replaceI expected that he would have to finish the water heater job then come back at a later dateBut no, Francisco stayed and completed both jobs (even going to Home Depot with me to get a toilet and parts)He stayed at my house until both jobs were completed successfullyHe is a straight-shooter and I never felt taken advantage ofI will definitely call Plumbing Medic and Francisco again
