Review: I mld a check for $35.89 to this company, I checked with my bank and it was cashed on August 26,2014. a television advertisement to receive the offer for Be Active braces. for leg pain. Connectd with the company one time., saying product on back order. For last two weeks I have been calling trying to reach a representative to check the status of my order. They have all these prompts to connect you with a representative, just to be disconnected in the end after waiting on hold for anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. They would repeatedly say no matter what phone you call from that they don't have phone number in data base.Desired Settlement: desired outcome is to receive a courtesy call from the company to advise me when product will be received , the option to cancel order, or a full refund of $35.89.

Review: On 8 August 2014 I ordered a [redacted] Brace from the so named company (the product is still being advertised on TV). The ad indicated that the product would be delivered in three weeks. I have not received a confirmation of my order, not by phone nor by email. I managed to get through by phone to an automated phone system and was told that based on my phone number my order was confirmed and the product w"ill be delivered to me in three weeks". It has been almost 3 months and still no product and no one to speak with. THE PRODUCT IS STILL BEING ADVERTISED AND THERE IS STILL NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH YOU.Can u investigate if the company is operating a SCAM why they are still advertising but cant deliver?Thanks in advance. Review: I received marchandise in the mail I did not order. I filled out an online order form for glasses, the price should have been $17.95 but invoice page showed $51. I had entered my credit card number but did not submit order after seeing the price was more than it should have been..Desired Settlement: They are insisting I return the merchandise before my credit card charges are reversed. I understand by law I'm not required to return merchandise I did not order. I would like them to be responsible for charges incurred by me dealing with their mistake. Phone charges for my cell phone, paper for printing label, gas to drive to and from post office..

Review: On August 31, I placed an order for knee braces, and after calling the company to find out when the delivery would be made, I was told by the agent, that I should receive the order within a couple of days, and here it is October 6th, and still nothing has shown up. I elected not to buy other things that they offered on the phone, and I sensed that the person did not like that at all, and I feel this may be a reason for the delay of my order. If the agent had told me it would be a few more weeks, I might have been more understanding, but when I am told it would be a couple of days, I expect it in a few days, not weeks. In addition to that, I was supposed to get a confirmation email for my order, and that didn't happen either. This is not good business practices at all.Desired Settlement: To let them know that this type of transaction in not acceptable if they expect consumers to buy their products. I will not do any business with this company in the future.

I get no response from the email and cannot get anyone to talk to. their customer service says not in stock, butthey keep running the ad on television and on line. Review: They advertised on TV the product "[redacted]" a brace for $19.99. When you go to the [redacted].com web site when you try to buy only one brace they forced you, after you put in your in your credit card number, it forces you to buy two braces. I did not submit because I didn't want two which the total cost is $35 and some change. I thought that since it would not let me buy just one that I would wait until I could buy it out of a store. The other day, in my mail they had sent me (2) braces and took the money out of my checking account without my permission. I didn't even put in the size and the ones they sent me are to big. I'm going to send them back with a harsh letter and if they do not put my money back into my account I'm going to sue them for fraud. I just thought this should be brought to your attention. If you haven't had complains at this time, I'm sure you will get some. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I'm going to try and send it back to them. Then if they do not give me back my money I would like to contact you again in hopes you can help me get my money back. I will send it back certified so that I will have a receipt. Review: I ordered and received Item [redacted], Deluxe Night Vision View NV with Polarized Lenses and I took them to my eye doctors office and they were tested and I was told that they were not polarized. I called the company and they are sending me a return slip and they will reimburse me the money but, the problem is that they are telling people on line that they are something that they are not.Desired Settlement: I desire nothing else but, for this company to be notified they are not allowed to misrepresent a product to consumers.

Review: The company charged my account causing an overdraft fee in the process for something that was never authorized as a purchase. I went to see what the total would be, saw the price, and closed out all my internet windows without processing any purchase. Almost 2 weeks later I get an overdraft notice through my email. I just spoke to a manager that says it was shipped out on the 11th yet my card was not charged until this morning (13th).Desired Settlement: Overdraft fees be refunded to me after they refund me for the returned product that was NEVER processed & completed on my end.

Review: I ordered the BeActive Brace from Plymouth Direct online back in Sept 7, 2014. It is now Dec 2, 2014... almost 3 months and still no delivery. I attempted to contact the business back in Sept 21 to ask for tracking info, but did not receive any response. On October 10, 2014, I received an email saying that "Due to overwhelming response to the TV commercial and very positive response to the product and customer referrals, our factories are working 24-7 to produce the braces. We are also air freighting the finished braces to satisfy orders. Shipments are now being received weekly, with the hope to be out of back order by early November." Today, I emailed them back asking for a refund since it's been 3 months and I still have not received the brace. And honestly, at this point, my sciatic pain has subsided so I have no more need for the product. They responded right away saying "We are sorry that we are not able to make the change that you are requesting since the processing of your order has been completed." How is it completed if I didn't even receive my brace? This business should not be allowed to operate like this. I understand some delay, but 3 months? And they are not even flexible enough to give refunds? That's unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I'd like a full refund of my money. I have no more need for the brace.

Review: I went online 3 months ago and looked at the [redacted] Knee Brace to purchase for someone. I found out how much it was going to cost and decided not to purchase. I cancelled out the transaction on the website and have not thought about it. On 10/24/2014 this company took out 71.78 from my debit card. I called and told them I did not authorize this. They told me it was shipped out on the 22nd and I should be receiving it any day. Return the item and they would put the charge back on my card. Still have not received the item and got an email it was shipped on the 27th.Desired Settlement: I want this charge of 71.78 put back on my card ASAP

Review: I ordered a product online from this company. They called (5 times in the last 24 hours) to tell me that they would be sending me some sort of coupon subscription package that my credit card would be charged for and if I wanted to cancel the subscription I would just need to "call the number on the packet" when I received it. I asked that they please not send me anything and do not charge my card at which point the caller hung up on me. I called back to make the request that my credit card not be charged for something I hadn't ordered, but the company representative hung up on me once he heard my request. I called back a second time, same exact thing happened with a different call responder. I don't want this company to charge my credit card for purchases I did not make and I am unable to have anyone at the company take my phone call without hanging up on me. "[redacted]" was one of the call takers.Desired Settlement: I want confirmation via letter that I will not be sent a subscription and that my credit card will not be charged for the subscription as I cannot get that confirmation from the people answering the phones. Review: On 8/28/2014 I ordered a Beactive Brace that I had seen on TV. I have waited 3 weeks for the item to arrive since it said to wait 2-3 weeks. I finally tried to contact them by phone. The customer service answered but when I asked to speak with representative it waits a while and then hangs up! I have tried this at least a dozen times with the same result. Sent an email asking when item would be sent but no answer. Went online and this seems to be the same problem everyone is having. The item is still being advertised on TV! Review: I went to order this product and when I got to the end to check out I realized it was to much money for me to order right now, it had a summit button at the top but I did not push it and I exited out of it then I went to sleep got up went to work and on my way I had bought something and didn't have the money on my card to pay for the whole thing thank god and I had a couple of dollars to cover the rest of it came home checked my account and there it was they had taking the money out anyways without my authorization and I have emailed quite a few times and they said it takes 3 days to drop and that it will drop today Aug. 21st and it still not on there and I need that money returned to my account today because I have to pay a bill.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to my account today and if its not returned today I will be getting a lawyer involved and every news station I can get a hold of to make sure they lose their business I am not playing that is my money they are messing with
