Made replacement of the roof very easy*** *** did a great job explaining the process and was very prompt on following up on all the requirements from the insurance company and our lenderTeam who did the work was worked quickly and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves

Polar Builders worked with me after I received hail damage to my roofAnthony was very professional and his team completed the work on timeThey were careful not to leave any debris in my yardI would highly recommend Polar Builders

Excellent customer experience from start to end!!!
they took care of all that was needed and the roof looks great!

We loved working with Polar Builders! They were fast and did a wonderful job!

Polar Builders has done a great job to my house and rebuilt the roofThe estimate and afterwards coordination are quite smoothThe cost is reasonable and I just need to do some paperwork

Polar Builders was instrumental in us being able to replace the 20-year old roof on our primary residence in Roseville *** *** one of Polar's field representatives, was enormously helpful in evaluating our roof, guiding us through the steps needed to have the damage reviewed by the adjuster for our insurance company, and acting on our behalf to get a fair evaluation Once it was agreed that the roof needed to be replaced, *** and Polar Builders were very diligent about explaining the roofing system they used and why it was the right one for our house, then executing the tear-off and re-roof They just stayed on top of the process until it was completedThey know what they are doing, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to another homeowner for a similar project

Once we were notified by the Revdex.com that Mr*** had a concern with Polar Builders we immediately researched the issuesWe found Mr*** did have a QC ticket on file but it was evidently closed in errorWe were not tracking it as an open jobWe reached out to Mr*** right away and set
up time to meet with him and go over the issues with the gutter and the fascia We discussed the specific issues and agreed to complete the repairs on 9/28/ The issue with the gutter was the downspout elbow came detached from the gutter and was leakingThere was not a sleeve in the gutter so there elbow was not secured to the gutterWe installed a sleeve, attached the elbow, caulked everything and checked the pitchWhen we looked at the fascia damage it was very round in shapeThere could have been a knot that popped out or even a woodpecker involvedWe filled the hole with wood putty and painted the trim to matchWhile neither of the issues seemed like a direct result of the roofing project we completed the repairs free of charge anywayMr*** was pleased with the actions taken to address his concernsPolar Builders takes these concerns very seriouslyWe will review our internal processes with QC tickets to ensure this does not happen again.

Our home incurred damage during the June 29, hailstorm Roof needed to be replaced, as well as screens on a screened porch Polar Builders took very good care of us The new roof looks great From the delivery of the dumpster to the cleafter installation of the shingles everything went like clockwork and was done in a very professional manner Polar arranged for Screen Medic to replace screens on our entire back porch They did a great job as well Polar's salesman, *** ***, did a particularly nice job of coordinating things and keeping us informed of progress throughout the entire process *** made the experience very enjoyable

Dear Sirs,
We found Polar Builders to be very helpful, doing an incredible job discovering and in repairing storm damage to our home
They did a wonderful job working on our behalf with our insurance company making this process less stressful for us
They were willing to work around our schedule, and did what was expected neatly and professionally
It was a pleasure working with them
Sincerely,
*** and *** ***

John Vfrom Polar Builders stopped by our house this spring and asked if he could check our roof He did and found hail damage on the roof He said he was good at working with insurance companies and this proved to be true as he helped us file a damage report with our insurance company He provided us with our requested information about licensing, bonding and references We actually visited of the references and looked at the work Polar had done and talked to the owners All were happy Polar did an excellent job replacing our roof and skylights There was some interior work required for the skylights and they promptly did this and did a great job Everything was completed so quickly, I was surprised how fast and well things were done John and Polar did a great job on our house

Our home was damaged by hail this year and there are so many options for roof replacement it is difficult to know which company to chooseI am so glad that our neighbor referred us to *** at Polar Builders! *** is very responsive and patiently answered our questions about the insurance process and helped us through the decision making processWe decided to have Polar Builders paint our home and put on new shake siding as well and we are so pleased with how it all turned out! WowThe new roof was put on quickly, looks great and was done with zero inconvenience to usThe siding crew ran into one minor issue (due to the age of our home) and *** was quick to communicate with us and worked hard to make sure the end result was exactly what we wanted*** proved that Polar Builders is willing to do what it takes to make sure the customer is happy with the work done on their homeThank you *** and Polar Builders!

Polar did a nice job performing roofing and siding replacement on our home following a hail damage storm They were willing and able to work around our schedules to complete the work in a timely fashion

We want to sincerely thank you for a job well doneOur roof, windows, painting and other smaller projects all look great! It was really a pleasure doing business with Dan He kept us well informed during the entire progressWe would highly recommend Polar Builders to anyone

Revdex.com:Based on my latest communications with Dan at Polar, and the speed that he responded to my concerns I believe there was some sort of hiccup in the process where I would call and somewhere down the chain it was listed as already taken care of
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Polar Builders was hired by the *** to help them restore their property after the June hail storm. As we were getting ready to replace the roof we advised the *** they had a choice to make regarding the damaged gutter toppers. The gutter toppers were damaged by hail and full
replacement was paid for by the insurance company. We advised the homeowners via an email and phone conversation on Sept29th that they would need to have the toppers removed to prevent further damageWe provided the homeowners with our Gutter Helmet waiver which states the toppers should be removed to prevent further damage. The *** declined to pay out of pocket to have the toppers removed and told us to proceed via email on Sept29th. The main issue here is the *** feel Polar Builders did not fully advise them of the potential issues that could happen if the toppers were not removedPolar Builders feels we did provide them with the information. The *** want Polar Builders to pay for replacing their damaged gutters even though the insurance carrier paid for them to be replaced. There were no reported issues with the quality of the roof installThe only problem with the job was related to the gutter toppers.

In early August, I met with Jon *** Field Representative for Polar Builders, Inc I was anxious to get new steel siding, soffits and fascia to replace metal siding damaged by hail He admitted they did not do many metal siding jobs, but their crews had some experience with it To complicate matters, I wanted to retain the vertical and horizontal pattern I had and also wanted to use a "premium" (heavier) grade of steel Mr*** obtained sampIes from two manufactures, even visiting one locally and obtaining a list of homes with their siding so I could see what it looked like on a house Mr*** worked with the insurance claim representative to obtain funds for additional work performed The siding crew came when scheduled, did a very professional job, cleaned up and were respectful of my property I was very pleased with their work and the work of two electricians who installed a few new light fixtures and re-installed others MrKellen stopped in daily or called as the work progressed He kept me well informed each *** of the way I whole-heartedly recommend Jon *** Field Representative, and Polar Builders, Incand will use them in the future

Joe H Surprised me without an appointment but since he worked with next door he asked to look at my roof Long story short...what a pleasant and no hassle deal with insurance and Polar to get my roof replaced Hard working crew/quick turn around with ease
