Revdex.com:Based on my latest communications with Dan at Polar, and the speed that he responded to my concerns I believe there was some sort of hiccup in the process where I would call and somewhere down the chain it was listed as already taken care of
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We had some roof damage last spring and was introduced to Jon *** after he was investigating damage in our neighborhood after a stormWe had already called our insurance for an inspector to come out and Jon said he could be there when the inspector cameThey worked very well together to get our damage evaluated and repairedIn fact not only was the roof damaged but also our sidingJon worked diligently with our insurance to get these repairs approved...putting in many visits after hours to our house to help us and make sure we were satisfiedThe work was excellent and the customer service could NOT be surpassed! We would recommend Polar Builders for any roof and siding repairs you would needThey are an excellent company to work with!

My experience with Polar Builders was very positive due primarily to Jon, our coordinatorHe went above and beyond to get things done in a timely manner, did a lot of research for us in finding the rights "fix" for the miscellaneous items, and was on site often during the work on the roof By on site I mean on the roof checking things out! He also interfaced with the insurance company very well Clean up was great The roofing crew worked really hard on what was one of the hottest days of the summer

Dan and Anthony were complete professionals They battled with an uncooperative adjuster to get the most money possible They always kept me in the loop, and finished the job fast Definitely call Polar Builders I will definitely be using them again!

We had an excellent experience with Polar. They replaced our roof following extensive hail damage. They were professional, followed-up timely and did great work.

Polar Builders replaced the roof and windows in our home as a result of storm damage. [redacted] is very knowledgeable and professional and was accessible from start to finish. He took the lead in working with our insurance company to ensure a smooth process and was on site from time to time to monitor progress. The Polar crews that completed the roof and window projects were professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning up the construction site when the jobs were finished.

I have and would again recommend Polar Builders to family and friends.

Dan [redacted] was my sales rep and did a wonderful job of communicating and coordinating other work that needed to be done. Polar did several homes in our neighborhood and all seemed pleased at the results.

[redacted] I have been extremely impressed with the way things have gone. I was shocked to see that everyone was able to get in and out of the house, installing ten windows, including moving furniture, removing and replacing window treatments, etc, and clean-up, all in one eight or nine hour day. The communication has been excellent and the deadlines were reasonably set and met. Everyone I have spoken to throughout the process has been pleasant and professional.

I would highly recommend Polar Builders to anyone. When I first started working with them, I was a little skeptical of the upgrades they offered with GAF. This was my first time having to deal with an Insurance Claim and it sounded too good to be true after hearing about bad experiences from friends of mine that used other roofing companies. As soon as my insurance estimate came back from my insurance company, they put me on the schedule within a couple weeks. They would have completed with roof in one day but they were short one piece of flashing. No big deal, they came back the very next day and had me look over the roof to make sure I was satisfied. The only issue I did have was that siding was not replaced nearly as fast. I\'m not entirely sure how much was miscommunication but in the end, they got it done and the work was very good. Hopefully I never have to deal with a hail storm again, but if I do, I will make sure to use Polar Builders again.

Polar Builders was recommended to me for an insurance claim. The insurance company was hesitant to cover one garage door, even though they were covering the first garage door. It took quite a bit of time, but the guy from Polar Builders was both patient and persistent with the insurance adjuster. In the end, even the adjuster admitted that both doors should show damage from the hail that hit. Afterwords, my guy just looked at me and said, "Even the obvious has to be explained from time to time." Throughout the process they communicated well and provided a level of expertise and guidance that I was very satisfied with.

I have hail damages on my roof and siding in 2014. [redacted] from Polar Builders has contacted me to provide estimates to replace my roof and siding. She worked directly with my insurance company and filed all the claims. They have been able to get the approval from my insurance company quickly and then schedule the work in a timely manner. They have replaced my roof, gutters and down sprouts, and the siding of the entire house. I am very satisfied with the work and [redacted] has been very helpful and responsive to my questions all the time. I would recommend [redacted] and Polar Builders to anyone for their home repair and improvement needs.

We worked with Polar Builders in 2014 to get a new roof due to hail damage. The entire process was professionally handled from start to finish and our rep kept us informed along the way. It was very smooth and on schedule which unfortunately is not the norm today.
