months it shouldn't take a year to send a gift card every time I call them they say the card will be sent out within 2-days but it never gets sent out within months! Absolutely ridiculous I want my money back ASAP this company already ruined my Christmas this season by not having a Christmas tree.Sincerely,*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is okay to me During the time this incident occurred and receiving this email, I have contacted Polygroup and a representative assisted me with the issue with the pump I suggest to the company, to keep Phoenix customers happy, they need to start working weekends earlier and later in the season than the normal Phoenix is HOTTT!!

I am rejecting this response because: As I told them, I live in Iowa and only have this pool up for months out of the year, so of course the pump will not be under warrantyWhy did it take so long to respond? Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I wanted a refund not a new liner. This product has many complaints for the same issue and I will never use the new liner. This will happen next year as well. This is very poor customer service for a product costing and didn't last months

We are more than happy to work with *** on a resolution. *** stated that she is willing to send us the pump which requires her to take the pump off the pool, in which case, we can very easily cover some troubleshooting steps and possibly get the pump working immediately. If
troubleshooting fails to resolve the issue, we are more than happy to process a warranty claim and get *** a replacement pump. There is a minimal water loss if the maintenance caps and plugs are used

They comment that this is a new program but they contacted me the first week of July stating that I would receive a visa gift card in the mail for a full refund within days because they were unable to replace the parts needed
The company never followed through with the countless timelines that that gave me for over a year until this complaint was filed

I am rejecting this response because: The pool patches were crappy and didn't help like they were supposeI had the pool hours and clearly it was already a dud seeing as how all I did was roll it out and fill it upI spent on this pool and it's become a hassle with the everyday leakingThe least you people could do is refund some of the money that was spent on this horrible productWhen I called in about the problem your team was rude and acted like this problem is uncommon yet you have horrible reviews online about these poolsYou are taking hard working peoples money for a crap product
