I am rejecting this response because: as I stated previously I've already done this I contacted the company so your 800 number spoke to a representative told her what I had and I got nowhere at that point being dissatisfied I contacted the Revdex.com but obviously that isn't helping because you're still telling me to do something I have already done and it didn't work so it looks to me  looks like you don't want to satisfy the customer

In regards to our consumers complaint, I completely understand their frustration. We strive here at Polygroup to assure that the consumers have a wonderful experience with their pools. We have designed our pools and filtration systems to work together depending on the sizes of the pools. The...

filtration system that is on the pool that the consumer purchased is the largest filtration system that we have, along with being one of the newer designs. This pump was designed just for the larger size pools that we offer. As part of our warranty procedure, we require a proof of purchase and a picture of the cut cord. We did have some issues with the clarity of the pictures, which slowed the process down. We have approved the pictures, even though it is still hard to make out the images, so that we can get this resolved for the consumer. With that being said, we are unfortunately out of stock at the moment. We have created the consumers order and placed it in to a "Backordered" status, which means as soon as we receive one from the factory, it will be shipped out to them. I want to assure all parties that we will fulfill her warranty as soon as we have one in stock.

product is covered under a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. We have a USPS tracking number that I am going to email the customer. According to the number that was provided to us by USPS the package will arrive December 24.

However, Polygroup manufactures products and sells them to retail stores. Polygroup's warranty department will replace or troubleshoot any item that is considered defective from manufacturer. If a box is missing items, then the consumer should return it to the retail store for an exchange or a refund. This type of scenario is considered 'an incomplete product sold.' Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do use the required chemicals in the pool, and I use a skimmer also, but the pump is supposed to assist these in keeping the pool clean. I have had a pool such as this in the past and I am well aware how a pump is supposed to work. This is how I know that this pump is not acting as it is supposed to.

We have been working with a new gift card program to get customers who's parts are either out of stock or no longer being made a refund. We used a third party company to send out the cards so that we could document everything that went out. We have had to switch companies because we could not get...

the cards out as quickly as we would have liked. We issued a card to the customer on 11/16/16. We thought we sent out the full amount, but after the customer called in on 11/30/16 we found out that the customer only received a third of what they should have. We looked into the confirmation number to see what was sent out. We then created another gift card order to have the rest of the refund sent out. As of 12/3/16 the information is being sent to the department that can release the funds and get this processed.

A brief history of our Christmas tree nightmare over the last three years.  Brand new out of the box the top section of a three section tree did not work as to the lights.......polygroups actions 1) offer to send us lights to string it ourselves, we said no...2) sent us a bracket addressed to some lady in New York3) sent us the wrong section of the tree in question4) sent us a replacement tree, which was not flocked and was not the tall skinny type we had picked out...........finally got our top section of our tree, last month, Nov or Dec, of 2016, which was two years, three Christmases from time of purchase until delivery.....not acceptableSincerely,[redacted]

The customer was sent out a brand new tree on 12-18-15. The tree was sent over night.

The [redacted] filtration system filters 600 gallons of water an hour.  The 12' pool capacity is between 2,124 and 2,755 gallons, depending on the depth.  The pump will then filter the pool in 3.5 - 4.5 hours, which is well within compatibility guidelines.  The retailers do order the pool as a set with a pump (other items as well) to fit their needs including price point.  Since the filtration system is compatible with Judy's pool there is no manufacturer defect. Although there is no warranty issue, the filtration system is able to be upgraded and we are definitely willing to offer a discount on an upgrade to Judy.
