I am rejecting this response because: I called the 800 number prior to calling the Revdex.com that is why I called the Revdex.com, the information was not at all helpful, they didn't tell me anything I didn't already know or that I didnt try. I spent $500 plus tax on the swimming pool I expect to be able to vacuum it without a big hassle or an expense are taking 4 days to get it to be vacuumed I like a pump that works with this pool that I can attach a hose to to make it easy for me to vacuum or just give me the price of the pullback this is ridiculous I have to go through this
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Once the box is open all issues per the box must be referred to the manufacturer. This is a known manufacturer defect and therefore should be reimbursed by the manufacturer. The retailer will nor refund even within 30 days after open and defect is seen. A warranty should be for 1 yr. This product was only purchased 5/2016.
After further research, we do see that on the notations on the customer account that e was outside of the warranty for the pool liner we went ahead and honored the claim. Should the customer decide to proceed further with a refund this can only be completed through the retailer that the customer has purchased from. We as a warranty department can only provide while under warranty replacement parts for the pools.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at [redacted] as we are always here to help. Thank you and have a good day!
