This business is a scam and Matthew is nothing more them a con artist and predator. Matthew Loyola Mascarenas used to own a business called Millennium Modification services. The state of Florida shut him down and issued a cease and desist against him. He wrote the state and claimed that he was no longer doing loan modifications. He is not a broker and is not allowed to loan modifications. Shortly after he got shut down by the state he stole someone else's LLC. He claims he is Bruce Porter the owner of The Porter Group LLC. Not at all true. He even put up a website for the Porter group stating that he was listed at a certain address. The address was a Pak Mail box. He also claims he is Matthew Porter and a whole list of other fake people. There are also cease and desists against him under the fake names in other states. He has now been using this Rock name in conjunction with a old LLC he filed with the state. It looks like he is now recently using this site because the Revdex.com pulled him and all of his fake reviews off their sire because he could not verify anything and I gave them proof he was stealing someone else's name and LLC. run far away from this con artist. I have been in contact with many of his victims and believe me when I tell you he is a total scam artist. Google his name or call the state. Once I was onto him in his fake Revdex.com reviews he pulled the Porter Group website offline. Now he is the Rock SG. How many names does one business need? Hopefully he will end up in a federal prison where he belongs.

OMG!! This group is the best. I almost gave up in trying to save my home until my girlfriend told me about the Porter Group LLC. I contacted them regarding doing a modification for my mortgage and immediately they got right on it. They advised me every step of the way throughout the process. They responded quickly to every single

Mike and Matt at Porter Group were terrific throughout the process of our loan modification. They were helpful and quick with replies to any question we asked. When we started, Mike and Matt thought the modification would take six months to complete at the longest. The modification took eighteen months.
