Here is the final updateI drove over miles this past weekend and was in this company's area on 11/21/I even called them the day before to let them know I was coming! I was told they open at 10am on SaturdayI called at 10:30am tosee how long they would be openNo answer, so I left a message, with my name and numberI called two more times up till 3pm that dayIt was hours out of my way to drive there, to there business! This company is a scam! They only want peoples money! They DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!! I have done everything "they" asked for and keep getting screwed! I will figure out how to post this on the internet and hope to put them out of business for good!

I have proof of Emails and call logs that I sent Power Ride a warranty claim the same week I received the bikethe Seat was Shipped defected so that is covered under shipping warranty and / or should be covered because the seat was sent this way
