MCR-72 and are charging $60 more than the price of a MCR-75 which is what I ordered. Also they have not provided a tracking # or any proof that anything has been shipped. This case is far from being resolved as I have yet to receive any product or refund.

Refund was received after I called and asked to speak with the person listed as contact on their response to my complaint to the Revdex.com. The person on the phone did not even know who I was asking for. Thank you for your assistance with this matter. Please advise others to always check out a company with the Revdex.com before purchasing. If I had done that, it would not have taken nearly 2 months to receive a refund for product never delivered.

good morning. I have finally, finally received the few items needed, except that you sent me 1 of the chain adjustment bolts/nuts. I needed a few of them, as these are stripped and broken, therefore the vehicles are still inoperable. Since I bought these in June now,,, my children have managed to ride these for a total of 3 hours. Disastrous, and my children are very unhappy. Now the weld on the muffler broke and I had to reweld it back to the frame on my own. We are very unhappy with this whole thing.

All information related to the defects were submitted on one claim form the day after the scooter was received.
Attached are photos already submitted with the claim form for the missing handlebar endcap and the broken switch.
I am also awaiting the manual that I never received.

I was able to troubleshoot the temperature gauge problem when I removed the broken windshield. The wire from the gauge was not even connected to the thermistor.
I reseated the speedometer cable at the wheel and at the entrance to the speedometer. The speedometer still will not indicate speeds above 35mph. Even though the scooter is traveling faster than 35mph the speedometer stops at 35mph. Unless there is another wiring error that you can suggest investigating, the speedometer appears to be defective. There is no way to safely provide a photo of the defective speedometer while the scooter is in operation. This problem was reported on the original warranty claim.
As stated in my original warranty claim, the light selector switch lever on the right handle bar grip is broken. A photo was submitted with the claim. Also, the switch seems to have no effect on the scooter lights. Regardless of the position set, the lights remain the same.
The chrome end cap on the right handle bar grip was also missing when the scooter arrived. This was also stated on the original warranty claim and a photo was submitted.
I still need the owner manual.
I paid for a pre-delivery inspection. There is no way this could have been done or no way this could have been performed correctly when the speedometer does not work and the temperature gauge was not even connected. Most of the physical damage to the scooter occurred due to the way it was crated. It was my understanding that the scooter would arrive in a metal frame. It arrived in a flimsy wooden crate, and the scooter was not properly secured, allowing it to come loose inside the crate.

I did not receive a manual although one was supposed to be provided with the order. I need to know how to troubleshoot the temperature gauge. It does not move off of `C. What two wires on the back of the speedometer go to the temperature sensor and what is the voltage range? Also, the speedometer still will not indicate speeds above 35mph. I need to know what type oil is to be used. I need to know what type of ceoolant is to .be used. The scooter appears to be running hot. How do you fill the radiator or tank?

I wanted the product I ordered as a Christmas gift and was sadly disappointed after calling and emailing them for weeks when I was told they could not fill my order and would be given a full immediate refund on 12/18/2015. This sure made the holidays more stress full. It is now 12/22/2015 and I have yet to see my full refund they say they have given. I am about to call my credit card company and have this issue investigated as fraud. This is the worst operating company I have ever dealt with in my life. So far I am just out my product and my money and on top of that I had to spend even more to purchase from another company in order to not ruin my sons Christmas.
I will give them until 12/23/2015 to give me my full refund or I am reporting it to my credit card company.

I gave the warranty department pictures of the damage from shipping. I still have the pictures on my phone. This is only one issue that is unresolved.
The other issue is the moped won't start. I've gone back and forth with their support service trying to trouble shoot the problem. It's been months and my bike still won't start and nobody in my area wants to work on it. I've asked to speak with a manager several times with no response. It's time to end this and take this bike away and refund my money. My next step if unresolved here will be to contact an attorney.

Apparently you don't read all the emails from these sessions because I clearly stated the my bike won't start. Your tech support tried to resolve the issue with no luck. That's the mechanical issue and I am still waiting for the replacement parts that were damaged during delivery. And before you make another ridiculous statement and ask me for pictures, you have them and were supposed to send me those part as of August 2015.

did FINALLY after fighting not them for a month and half receive the quad because they did pay the delivery company. However!! I paid extra for LED lights under it,.,, they r supposed to be red and r pink. They were falling off as soon as we opened it and now r falling off even more. Worst, sloppiest slapped them on with sloppy glue gun job. Also, half of the light don't work and never did. The quad idles way too high and the hand brake doesn't work. I have to pay to get these fixed too. Horrible quality and horrible service. Read all complaints and please believe them. I will be contacting them to complain about this and I'M SURE they will not respond or do anything about it. Horrible, terrible, disposable company, quality and service.

Our son was very excited and had worked very hard to save up enough money for this power ride ATV. It is a shame that his first major purchase has given him this type of an experience. We contacted them on 3-2-16 to try to find a solution like they stated in their last response. Again they want us to pay them more money. We are not willing to pay any more to try to fix this four wheeler that we purchased brand new in 2014 and have not yet been able to use due to issues we have had with the engine.
