Mike *** Friendly,very professsional, came to my home on time. Explained what he was going to do. Inspected the entire system, made some recommendations, costs and then went to work. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs garage door repairs. The whole experience was the best I have had with a company in years.

The Rep for Precision came out to our home for an estimate on a new garage door opener - and did it by the book and very professionally! Matt E - called ahead with his arrival time, was very through and professional in his inspection, the discussion of and scope of work, as well as the estimates. Precision should be proud to have him in their employ.

The tech showed up early and was very helpful and considerate. We discussed the situation and agreed on the solution. He was able to repair the door even better than I had hoped. I am very happy.

I have not been disappointed in any call from Precision Garage Doors and today was no exception. Matt E. came at the appointed time, readily inspected and fixed two doors, observed safety precautions during this odd era of social distancing and provided quality service.

Jason came to save the day. I called and Jason came on the very same day.He even came a little bit early. I have company coming for the holidays.So I was really in a bind. I had just purchased my condo. But was having problems with the door opening and closing. We had looked at the motor and it was 20 years old. Jason did not pressure me at all. He jut gave me facts and obtions.He had spent much time with me explaining how everything worked.He was professional ,Polite and I would recommend this company in a heart beat.My neighbor had just used them and she was pleased and I had used them many years ago. They do have coupons . I did not hve one.But Jason gave me the credit any way. I don't know who is boss is.But I hope that you pay him well. His type is hard to come by.

Precision Overhead Garage Service company gave me an appointment in the afternoon of the morning I called! The technician who came out was AWESOME!! He went over every detail of what he was going to do to diagnose my garage door issue. The greatest part was being educated about how the whole system works and the differences in the types of system I had vs. a more stable, long-lasting system. I ask about a new system, so he did not bring up the subject. WOW, I learned so much and I ended getting the best system they offered because mine was a contractor's "usual install" and it was only two and a half years old. The cheapest system available. Go figure!
I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who needs help with their garage door system.

When the assigned technician could not make my appointment time, the manager called me to give the update and asked if I would be willing to reschedule. No problem! The technician arrived the next day as scheduled and did a thorough service check of the garage door, rollers, and key pad. Shawn was very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Broken control panel miraculously worked when Robert showed up. He was able to figure out why it hadn't been working and fixed it. Gave me good maintenance tips and we discussed future probable needs. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
