Mike was pleasant, efficient, and knew his product! He answered all my questions, and was patient with the answers. I feel he did a great job installing the new springs, and getting the garage door functional again.

Called late Friday afternoon with a broken spring on my garage door. Spoke with a happy, but professional young lady who said that they could be at my house between 8 and 10 the next morning (Saturday before Easter). She said they would call when they were on the way. The call came in at about 7:25 and Bret arrived just after 8. He was very professional and pleasant. He assessed the situation and explained my options. He was done in just over an hour. WELL DONE.

Our technician, Matt, was outstanding. He was professional, polite and honest. We want to thank him for helping us, and we will always request him when we need service for our garage doors.

They were so prompt in answering my call. He came in about 20 minutes. He explained in details what was wrong with the garaged door and called my home insurance company, American Home Shield, but sadly enough he was told that it was not covered. Needless to say I cancelled my home insurance right away for it was a waste of my money. He then explained to me that he will remove whatever the american home shield charged me for him to come out there. With regards to his work, he was knowledgeable and precise. He exactly knows what he is doing. I would recommend him or his company to anybody. To Ryan F, thanks for the job well done.

We had a problem with our garage door after hitting it with a car. Matt explained what would be necessary to repair it or replace the entire door. He let us know what our options were and provided us with enough information to make an informed decision. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that needs a garage door replace or repaired.

Mike Kessler serviced our garage door in March 2019, and I am really please with the service. Mike is professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained what he would do, and he followed through completely. We've used Precision OGDS for all our garage door needs for the past five years, and have not been disappointed. Great job Mike!

My first contact with Precision was through Andrew, who came out and gave me my estimate. He was thorough, timely, and ensured I understood all aspects if I made the decision to move forward with Precision. Because we live in a part of a city that requires a BAR approval, he helped us out and took a picture of the front of our garage and superimposed the desired garage door on our existing door, so we could easily send that to the BAR to give them a full understanding of what to expect.
After Andrew provided me with all of the door information, I looked up the door manufacturer... a fine American company in Ohio. Instant up-check right there!!
After researching the door manufacturer, who I was also quite impressed with, I reached back to Andrew to move forward with Precision. He gave me a realistic timeline, and I waited.
Fast forward 3 weeks and I get the call from the Columbia office saying my door is in and they're ready to move. He sets me up with Dylan for a 0800, seven days out from this call.
Dylan calls en route and shows up on time ready to work. After giving him a quick tour of the garage and asking if he has any questions, he confirmed my order and got to work. Less than four hours later, Dylan brings me into the garage, explains what he has done, and provides some pointers that I was unaware of on our operating mechanism. The door is ROBUST!! Looking at the horizontal supports gives me a feeling of comfort that this door will easily withstand the expected winds of a hurricane. Dylan and Andrew were both extremely professional, detail oriented, and if you are in the market for a garage door, I STRONGLY recommend you ask for these two by name. To be clear, everybody else at Precision is probably just as good, but these two are outstanding in their work.

Outstanding service. Very punctual and professional. Call them out for a sensor malfunction which Ken troubleshot quickly. Technician was very knowledgeable and after some conversation I decided to replace the spring system on my doors with a different configuration. Keep in mind my initial appointment was at 4pm.. Ken was very accommodating and I had expected to get the old - we'll call you back and set something up, to my surprise he told me he could get on the work immediately.. He spent a couple hours reconfiguring my system. Ensured everything was working correctly. Cleaned up the area and was able to go home for the evening..

I appreciated his dedication and the quality of the service he provided.

I was very impressed with Mike's professional manner and expertise when he installed a new door opener and performed a tune up on my garage door. He called ahead of the 2 hour window for the install and arrived when he said he would. After the install he went over the functionality of the new door opener and answered any questions I had.

I am very happy that he is working with Precision Overhead Garage Door and will request him in the future if he isn't stolen by another company.
