It was less than 10 minutes from the time we called Precision and the Technician (Ken) called back and said he would arrive in less than 30 minutes He found the problem (bad circuit board) and replaced it, programed 2 remotes, and wireless keypad. It is very nice to deal with a company that has great customer service. From the time we called until the garage door was fixed was just over 1 hour. Excellent work!

Mike K worked on upgrading my 2 garage doors from springs to the torsion bar systems. His work was excellent and he explained what he was doing and how the new system worked. My garage door would not open more than a few inches before stopping. I called Precision and they were able to come out and service my garage door same day! Alex D. came out 3 hours early due to some cancellations and advised that my current setup was obsolete and would likely get worse with time. He suggested a full tension overhaul along with a new motor to replace the 14 year-old one we had... and I couldn't be happier with my decision to follow his recommendation. In no time, we had an up-to-date setup with a new whisper-quiet motor. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them!

I contracted with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because they had done such a great job installing two new garage door systems at our daughter's home. From the outset, Precision provided outstanding service. With our garage door refusing to work, I called Precision the morning of 4 January 2019. Sue set up an appointment with Alex for 6:00 - 8:00 PM that evening. Alex arrived a little before 6:00 PM. After he inspected the door situation, I decided to go with a door overhaul and new motor. Alex returned today (Saturday 5 January 2019) before 10:00 AM. He performed the overhaul and installed the new motor in quick fashion. The door works beautifully and is whisper quiet compared to the threshing machine noise of our old system.

Precision enjoys a great reputation, a reputation I believe is fashioned by staff members like Sue and Alex. Bravo!! Well done!
