I am rejecting this response because: The last oil changes were done by Tracy Dodge On 12-13-the car was taken to Tracy Dodge for the required life warranty inspection and at that time it was not mentioned there was a problem After that we had an oil change March 2015, a transmission oil change 4/25/and the last oil change on 6/27/all these at Tracy DodgeAgain, Tracy Dodge service was the last ones that worked on my car As mentioned before the mechanic said it was broken because excessive force was used and it had to have been whoever changed the oil the last time Tracy Dodge were the only ones that serviced my car the last few times I am once again asking that this be fixed and not a temporary fix.thank you

I am rejecting this response because: This is something they broke while changing oil I spoke with the mechanic there at Tracy Dodge and he explained that it had to have been the person who changed the oil They put to much force I spoke with the advisor Tim and he called the mechanic and asked him if he had told me that and mechanic said yes, Tim said "your not suppose to say that to the client", he was not happy I want this fixed and not a temporary fix Like I mentioned before, my oil changes have only been completed by Dealer thank you

HelloWe received a call from Premier Hyundai Of Tracy and was told the refund is being processed for the First Extended Warranty (Their in house plan) and… we will wait in fact to see if its done and will notify you of they do not follow threw.*** ***

Company states: We have issued a check for $and she should be receiving it by Wednesday

The customer has there oil changed at other dealerships besides oursStockton Dodge has done oil changes in June, July and Septof last yearThis car has 140,miles on it and the drain plug threads pulled out when we removed the plug to drain the oilThis is a common thing to happenWe can
put in a over sized plug for a temporary fixThe customer will have to eventually replace his oil pan as a over sized plug will not last

Customer's vehicle was written up for check engine light and gauge light onFound code PstoredEngine oil pressure low codeTested oil pressure checked goodReplaced oil sender and rechecks okThe total for that particular repair including diagnosis, parts, labor, and tax was $He
had come back in for instrument cluster failure and had stated oil pressure drops and a check engine light on, April 16, Unable to duplicate either condition and no codes were storedHe was not charged and we provided alternate transportation while finishing the instrument cluster replacementCustomers truck as towed in June 20th with 189,miles on itThat is 3,miles since the first repair orderHe stated the check engine light came on and engine wont runFound engine to have lower end noise but no codes stored for oil pressureRecommended engine long block customer declined at that time

We are always open to resolve any issues with our customersIt is not in our business plan to call the police on our customers, but when a customer gets belligerent and uses profanity we have to draw the line somewhereIn a conversation with our sales manager earlier that day the customer made a claim "you better call the cops cause i'm coming down there and i'm bringing the rain"I took this as a threat to the dealership and the employee'sI tried talking with the customer in my office and had to ask him to refrain from using profanityI had to ask him times not to cuss at meThen he said i'm recording this conversationI told him I do not give you permission to record this and asked him to turn off the recording deviceAfter telling him that our conversation was over and asked him to leave he started yell at me telling me using "*" words 'id rather not typeHe was yelling in my service drive cussing at meI wanted to make sure he didn't come back in to the dealership so I escorted him away from the service office as I was on the phone with the police Unfortunately we can not provide him with any serviceThank you if you have any questions you can reach me at *** *** ***
