Although the company has said that my account has been placed on a CND and I will no longer receive calls. They still claim that I have a balance left on a payday loan and they can offer me a settlement. I have never had a payday loan in my life! I’m hoping they stick by their promise to stop calling because they have no legal right to try to collect a fraudulent claim.
