I must say that for the price, I was disappointed by the professionalism of one of the employees The move went very wellNothing substantial was brokenAlthough there was not enough time for them to reassemble the beds, they were expeditious and worked very hardThe 'foreman' for our job was incredibly helpful, kind and polite It was only about a week or two after the move when a police detective called because an employee (mentioned above) had in his possession a narcotic that belonged to my girlfriend's daughter (who had recently recovered from a minor surgery and did not use all of her medication)According to the detective, this employee exploited his position to steal prescription meds from other customers as well and was carrying around a prescription bottle with my girlfriend's daughter's name on it I immediately called Premier Relocations to inform them of what had happened and after explaining my story was told someone would get back to me but no one ever hasWe are unsure what else may have been STOLEN from us during the move (my girlfriend's list of regular heavy narcotic pain medicines is extensive), but felt that a partial refund or at the very least an apology would have been in order

I went with Premier because they promised expert service and I was willing to pay the extra money for themWhat I got was a team leader that thru a tantrum with me because he felt my move was taking longer than what the sa [redacted] person saidThe team leader threatened to drive away with my stuff on the truck if it became dark before the move was doneThe move took longer because the crew took numerous cigarette breaks well over the breaks that should have been allotted for the time spent workingOne employee listened to loud music with inappropriate language in the lyricsI was promised that my wood floors and banisters would be protected but they weren't and large scratches over 10" were put in the wood floorsWe were told to empty our tractor of gas yet they refilled it to make it easier to put on the truck making it a fire hazard for our stuffMy belongings were mistreated with a footprint found on a wood entertainment center, rolling a table across the cement driveway unprotecte

We have addressed all of these issues with this customerHe made a $50,claim for items that were NOT MOVED from his homeHe claims that he lost them, even though our crew did not remove them from the home, and he confirms that we did not move themThe claim is frivolous Regarding the slip and fall - he fell on his own property, after our crew had left the home, and at no fault of our crewHe was looking to see if we locked his door, which is not our responsibility when he fellWe had nothing to do with the injury, but because he feels he was checking on our work (again - well after the move was over), he believes it is our fault

My experience with Premier Locations was very positiveThey were easy to deal withThey gave me a moving packet that included labels for the boxesThey gave me extra boxes besides the ones originally agreed upon in my contractThey were available for any questions that I hadThe movers arrived as scheduled and were very easy to deal withThey were very careful with my furniture and also were very friendlyThere were a few items that were damaged but that should all be covered by the insurance, which as of yet I have not turned in to them
