They were good but my bike got bent through the packing process and they didn't hire enough people to unload the truck and they were slow I ended up moving some things myself They need to respect the furnishings and pack them accordingly

Made our out of state move seamlessI tend to stress a lot and the actually "move" was never a worryThey were there every step of the way, from planning to delivery, it really was a breeze!!

I had a wonderful experience with Premiere Locations The company moved my belongings from Michigan to Colorado in All the people who assisted me-the moving consultant, the relocation specialist, as well as the people who loaded and unloaded my possessions-did their jobs in a most professional manner, plus were very friendly and helpful I thought the price was very fair, considering the quality of service

I have worked with Chuck Jerore and Lina Williams at Premier Relocations office in Novi, MI They are absolutely wonderful to work with They are very professional, and extremely accommodating to all of my packing and storage needs and requirements

Everyone I worked with was very honest, efficient and easy to work with

Premier Relocations, LLC assisted me in my move from Michigan to Florida of a 5-bed house and was the SINGLE ONE COMPANY that delivered what the promised out of all the company's I had to deal with during the processI have keep the names and numbers of the associates who worked with me through the process and DO Plan on using them for Future needs

We moved our family and home from South Lyon, MI to Rockford, MI and we had an awesome experience with Premier RelocationsThe office staff did a great job explaining everything before the move, and the actual movers were very personable, careful, and caring of our belongingsI don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if it ever happens again, Premier Relocations will be my first call!

We have moved several times and this was the best, most professional, helpful crew we have ever had I would highly recommend them

Tyran [redacted]My Claim Isn't Frivolous,As Followers,1).They Were Directed On All Items To Be Moved From My Home And Garage Twice.With The Representative Weeks Before The Move,And Mr.Paul Thornberry The First Day Of The Move.2).As A Disabled Client,I Was Guaranteed The Move Would Go Smoothly During The Walk Through Estimate.3).I Was Also Guaranteed 4 Guys And 2 Trucks,To Save Money On The Move.They Assigned A Women To The Crew.4).They Toke A Longer Lunch Than 1/2 Hour.5).They Pack My Personal Property With A Shovel.We Still Can't Find Screws,Wires,Remote Controls,Instruction Manuals,They Destroyed A Vacuum Cleaner They Used To Clean-Up A Mess They Recreated In My Living Room,After They Burst Open A Large Box Of Indoor House Plants.6).After The First Day Of The Move,I Was Denied My Legal Right To Sign Any Document Including The Check,For That Day.7).Upon Their Completion Of The Move On The 1st Day,They Had A Legal Responsibility To Secure The Property.As I'm Disabled.8).[redacted] Storage Unit Was Packed Without Care As To Safety Of Property And Removal Personal.If Another Unit Was Needed,I Should Have Been Advised.9).I Contacted Mayflower To Move Me And Got Premier [redacted] Without Notisifaction.10).Ms.[redacted] ( No Relationship A Tenant ) Also Got An Estimate Of $400 For Her Property To Be Moved.She Has Issues As Well.11).Upon Completion Of The 1st Day Of The Move,The Supervisor Should Have Return To My Home To Confirm With Me And Ms, [redacted] That Everything Was moved As Requested,And To Sign The First Check.12).As A Disabled Client,And Successful African American,I also Feel Their Service Were "Well Below Standards",And UN-Needed Charges Were Added.13).Their Contract "Excludes Disabled People" And Violated My Rights To Supervise The Move.I Was Almost Completely Ignored,Which Resulted In The Error's ,Omissions,And Quality Of Said Move. Finally,I Paid Additional Funds In The Form Of [redacted] Insurance To Cover Any Problems Associated With The Move."My Claim Was Denied".

In my return to work I failed to contact this customer. I am again out of town, but will reach out to the customer upon my return, on Friday. 9.28.

I have attempted to contact the customer to resolve the issue, but have been unsuccessful. I have it scheduled again this afternoon to attempt to make contact to find resolution.

We have addressed all of these issues with this customer. He made a $50,000 claim for items that were NOT MOVED from his home. He claims that he lost them, even though our crew did not remove them from the home, and he confirms that we did not move them. The claim is frivolous.  Regarding the...

slip and fall - he fell on his own property, after our crew had left the home, and at no fault of our crew. He was looking to see if we locked his door, which is not our responsibility when he fell. We had nothing to do with the injury, but because he feels he was checking on our work (again - well after the move was over), he believes it is our fault.
