We worked with Premier Relocations on our move from Howell, MI to Minnesota and were incredibly pleased and satisfied with the professional job they did for us Due to our buyers' buyer having financial issues, we had to change the moving date times! Not once did Marissa, of Premier Relocations, get upset or irritated about the constant changes She was kind, patient, and extremely helpful and professional through the whole process, and always very willing to answer questions She let me vent and saw the humor in the situation when I didn't, which kept me on an even keel Marissa was very prompt in returning my phone calls and worked diligently with me to make the move work I would highly recommend Premier Relocations

Well coordinated move Gary and Marissa worked to keep our timeline smooth and communicated with us from beginning to end We moved out of state so there were a lot of "moving parts" and all went well and any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion

Premier Relocations exceeded our expectations, when they moved us from a house, to an apartment home last August They showed up on time, they were friendly, and worked efficiently They were respectful of our property when packing and moving, and took the time to "prep the home", both where we were moving from, and also our new location, so as not to do damage to walls, floors, etc My wife and I were VERY satisfied!

Our move with Premier was the smoothest one we've ever hadMarissa was on top of every networking detail, and she was always available by phone and emailShe arranged for media services so that we were watching our tv by eveningThat's great service!

I must say that for the price, I was disappointed by the professionalism of one of the employees
The move went very wellNothing substantial was brokenAlthough there was not enough time for them to reassemble the beds, they were expeditious and worked very hardThe 'foreman' for our job was incredibly helpful, kind and polite
It was only about a week or two after the move when a police detective called because an employee (mentioned above) had in his possession a narcotic that belonged to my girlfriend's daughter (who had recently recovered from a minor surgery and did not use all of her medication)According to the detective, this employee exploited his position to steal prescription meds from other customers as well and was carrying around a prescription bottle with my girlfriend's daughter's name on it
I immediately called Premier Relocations to inform them of what had happened and after explaining my story was told someone would get back to me but no one ever hasWe are unsure what else may have been STOLEN from us during the move (my girlfriend's list of regular heavy narcotic pain medicines is extensive), but felt that a partial refund or at the very least an apology would have been in order

Mayflower did an awesome job coordinating our move The move started with a visit from one of the advisors who took over an hour creating an inventory and cost exstimate for the move We had to go to storage for about a month before the furniture could be delivered to our new home The crews arrived on time on the assigned dates The furniture was surprisingly unharmed from the storage and double handling The packers and unpackers were extremely hard workers and very, very professional Marrisa in the office gave frequent updates and reminder phone calls throughout the process Top notch service from the office to the moving men If you hire these guys, tip them well They are worth it!!!

I moved from Michigan to Massachusetts on short notice for a job relocation Premier Relocations made this daunting, potentially scary experience into a smooth one They were extremely professional, kind, courteous, and helpful from the initial in-person estimate to purchasing moving supplies to the move itself This includes the crews who packed me up in Michigan and unpacked me in Boston They were always available for questions and kept me up to date with the status of things There were also follow up calls to see how my experience was I was very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them for any moving needs
