This company agreed to send a bus that held 45 passengers and had storage space. After we pre-paid for there services they sent us a smaller bus with no storage space, and arrived late. After having an argument with the bus driver about how they mishandled the present situation with the bus and that we were not going to all fit on the bus. He informs me that the bus they agreed to send had issues and this is all that they had. I told him that this could not transport our group and that this needed to send us an additional bus or van or something. We argued for a good 10-15 mins before I finally called on my cell phone to the company and got ahold of someone. We ended up having to take an additional 5 cars to make this trip possible. To add more fuel to the fire, the next bus driver arrived late (again)to pick us up from our performance. The next week following the trip after reaching out to the company we were offer a "settlement" that doesn't even cover the cost of gas for the vehicles we ended up having to use to make this trip happen. I have had to call, speak with and email numerous amount of times to get ahold of someone, who is unwilling to take any responsibility in the fact that what we agreed upon and I prepaid for, was not the services that we were provided.

On Sunday evening May 20, 2018, I called Yellow Cab intending to schedule a cab for 11:30 A M on Monday, but after having to spell my street address 3 times, I decided to schedule ti at 11:15 A M. Monday at 11:15 A M, no cab. I called Yellow Cab and was told that they had not yet scheduled a cab for me. I was told they could find a cab and call me when one was on the way. At 11:30 A M I asked one of my neighbors for a ride and was taken to the airport which is about 5 minutes from my house. No wonder *** and *** ae becoming the rides of choice. They will definitely get my business from now on. As noted in a previous review, Yellow Cab does not deserve to be in business in Memphis.

I stayed the week in *** in Cordova TN. 1/19/2018 The Hotel ordered transportation for me to MEM, they contacted ASAP Car And Taxi Service, a yellow cab arrived and (Driver Coco) told me he was contacted by (Chris) ASAP Car And Taxi Service to take me to the Airport. When we arrived at the Airport COCO demanded that I pay him 75.00 in cash. I paid him and he gave me a blank receipt. This is the first time I have traveled on my own in the United States and I was near late to check in for my Flight. My husband contacted Chris (***) and he was told by Chris that he didn't have the time to take me so he called his friend a Yellow Cab Driver named Coco (***) My husband said that both Chris and Coco were rude and hung up on him. ASAP Car And Taxi Service had the primary responsibility to provide this service to me and failed
