Jere m [redacted] is the best heat and air man I have ever ran into in my years of lifeI just cannot say enough good things He is prompt, courteous,intelligent wise and the best in his field!!!!!!

Customer is correct, she ordered product on 2/and promised delivery for 2/was not made until 2/21, for this we sincerely apologize, we were extremely busy from will call customers not realizing how cold it was that had let themselves run out and we were no able to keep up with demand and we should not have promised to make the delivery, we did make the delivery the following dayNot sure who the neighbor is that customer is referring to but we have gone back and seen that customers pricing code was not set up correctly during a computer upgrade in December and have corrected going forwardWe will be posting a credit to the account based on $per gallon x gallons (last deliveries) equaling $Once the credit is posted the $existing balance will be subtracted and a check in the amount of $will be sent to the customer

Rob Dcame today to service our Heat Pump heating systemHe was very friendly and knowledgeable to our new heating/ac systemHe also suggested adding more room returns to make it even better to control the difference in room temperaturesIt may be something we may do later after seeing how this winter heating goesThis will be our first winter using our new system I have used Peninsula for many years and have always been satisfied will their serviceI also use Peninsula for trash removal, plumbing, electric and all the services they offer

Peninsula will cheat their customers every chance they get One of my tanks was leaking gas It was an ordeal to get Peninsula to come out and fix it When they finally fixed it, they wanted to charge me to refill it It wasn't until I threatened to contact the Attorney General's office that they caved The owner (John W***) is apathetic to customer problems His employees aren't the sharpest tools in the shed either!

Poor: this company is inept, irresponsible, unqualified coupled to inaccurate accounting, non- responsive to customer service issues and routinely gougesThey increased pricing during a period of time when temperatures were lowestThey billed late charges on invoices they never mailedThey refuse to permit natural gas companies to use the existing infrastructure to deliver a fuel source one fourth the cost of propaneOver all they are among the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with

[redacted] has accounts, oil and propane A delivery was made for propane, however, the customer needed an oil delivery Customer has been contacted and delivery for oil has been scheduled

Our gas furnace had quit working overnightWe called Peninsula around 12:00PM to report the issue and request service as soon as possibleThe associate at the Milford, DE office was very polite and understood the urgency of our issueShe stated a technician would be there todayApprox hours later, the technician arrivedHe was polite, neat in appearance and very knowledgeable of my heating equipment It didn't take him long to diagnose the problem and correct itNo parts were needed to perform the repairYou always hear of service companies selling you parts you don't really needI am a technician by trade and well versed in HVAC, so I could determine if any unnecessary parts would have been applied to this issueNothing like this occurredHe was straight up honest in his diagnosis and repairThe furnace has been working fine since he leftI would like to restate that he was neat, clean and very politeIn addition, I called the Milford office to request some billing options and I was treated with great respect and the office granted my requestExcellent support provided by the office If another issue arises with our furnace, we will not hesitate to call on Peninsula for our service needs

Joe Barrived at the scheduled time and went right to work Each step, he explained and consulted with us to ensure we understood what had to be done and that our expectations were met While performing tasks that were time consuming, Joe explained the system, remote and how to change the filters Additionally, he took this time to clean up the area He is the type of employee that gives a customer the highest sense of security in the work performed resulting in great reviews for his company Joe's assistant Jon performed well and followed Joe's lead

Scott did good work for me as requestedHis interactions were courteous and he got the work done quicklyWould definitely recommend he and Peninsula for any others who would need work done

The customer opened an account with Peninsula on 3/27/ To date, their balance is $2,for product used, including late fees and finance charges Customer has never made any payments since opening their account and using products Balance past due, until we receive payment, there is nothing we can do for them

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below On 11-16- arrived at [redacted] *** at 11:AM where service was to be rendered I immediately called Peninsula via my cell phone and told them I was waiting for the service person They acknowledged my call and assured me everything was on schedule I had previously informed Peninsula to call me on my cell phone if they needed to communicate with me When I called again at 3:PM to see where the service person was, I was told that Peninsula had called my primary home number at 1:PM and when there was no answer, they canceled the service call Peninsula was calling the wrong number even though I had clearly asked them to call my cell phone After multiple calls and waiting for over hrs., service person arrived, discovered problem and then advised that the charge would be $BECAUSE it was an emergency call I had signed up for a special service at a cost of $and Peninsula turned it into an emergency call BECAUSE they were calling the wrong number Bottom line, Peninsula charged an exorbitant fee for a part that took the service person minutes to install Again, when I verbally disputed the charge, the service person said it was an emergency Under protest, I signed the invoice due to the freezing weather conditions

My wife was present at the time and we will both attest to this fact regardless to what Peninsula saysWill you service tech take a polygraph stating he gave us a estimate before he preformed the work? We are willing to take one saying he did notThe service tech acted unethical and Peninsula is supporting itThe next will to froward my compliant to the Attorney General's officePerhaps then we will get a serious response

Chuck called ahead and arrived when he said he would We had several issues with our plumbing He diagnosed those problems and fixed them in a timely matter He had the parts on his truck so there was no additional waiting Chuck was friendly, neat, and kind to our pets

Had annual checkup of gas fireplace completed by AsaHe was very professional, answered all questions and did an excellent job

Scott R [redacted] arrived 8:am on 7-6-after we called on 7-at noontime He identified source problem was power surgeHe installed two power surge protectors, performed a complete month silver plan inspection and provided advice and informationWe were in a F heat wave and very grateful for his friendly help and admired his professional manner and expertise A credit to his business "Big Red" image

Steve was very neat, polite and professional He answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing with each step It was an extremely hot and humid day with Heat indexes over Degrees He seemed very trustworthy and I would definitely request him again!
