This was an assessment of damage to an existing Rinnai and work order for a new Rinnai Tank-less Hot Water Heater The plumber's recommendations were clear explanations for two choices: Fix the existing unit, in which the warranty clock was running on it, or to replace it, in which case we would begin a new warranty cycle with guaranteed parts We chose the new unit: Two Master plumbers came first thing in the morning, went right to work without a lot of idle talking Less than two hours later, these two professionals completed the job No leaks, no mess for us to clean up An impeccable work ethic and a helpful attitude to boot Want names? 7-28- Chuck S [redacted] with Peninsula Plumbing I would highly recommend to those needing work done in their homesHe called before coming with a time of arrival, showed up at the time he stated Did a excellent job of covering what was to be done and did what was coveredHe said there might be a problem putting a drip pan under the water heater, but found a way to plumb it to a drain which would be great insurance on future leaks to the units below me He cleaned up and put everything back in place All in all excellent job Chuck

Requested service for a leaking bathroom sink; plumber came out and assessed the situation and knew right away what needed to be replacedVery friendly and efficient in getting the leaking pipe replaced

Propane, because of it's physical properties, (expansion and vapor) a tank is considered full at 80% capacity. The expansion and vapor in the tank will fluctuate with temperature, therefore this can cause different readings depending on the temperature outside. Peninsula refunds unused... products at the current rack price for that particular day, not the sale price, less any termination fees, or past due balances if applicable. The customer was credited correctly and is not due any further refund.Peninsula, as with any other utility, cannot legally discuss account status of other customers. Therefore, we are not allowed to discuss any information about the new homeowner with Mr. [redacted] .

[redacted] was credited the total of $587.00 for all service work performed. Lisa was never billed $1,400.00. She had 3 work orders totaling $587.00, all which were credited back to her account. At this time there is a balance of $635.03 for an oil delivery in January 2014 that... has not been paid.

I asked the manager standing with the employees what to do about the $I had given Adam, earlier, and he said "put that toward the job." which they were going to do when the weather cleared up - they couldn't do it that day since the temperatures were below freezing the glue would not adhere to the surfaces I had ordered a distribution from my retirement fund to repipe the house - at a quote of $6, The $was a deposit (allegedly) toward the $6,job NOT to repair the tub! They need to decide how much to charge me for replacing the drain and give me full refund for the contractI will NEVER utilize the contract The contract, if I were to use them again, should provide ongoing discounts with each new plumbing job There will be no future work due to their extravagant prices (their first quote was $12,000!) I reneged and chopped certain items from the VERBAL proposal – nothing was ever provided in writing as to what they would be doing! Clever, was it not? There will be no future work If they are going to be upstanding and ethical they need to refund the contract - in full - ($cash, not the $check previously listed) AND the $for work they did not even start, let alone finish! Tell them to send me a bill for reattaching the tub drain – which can be deducted from monies they have for work not done! I will also check other plumbing companies to get a comparison After signing the contract, and negotiating for future work, I began to get second opinions The ethics of the company came into visibility and their pricing!

[redacted] I spoke to [redacted] Collections, they verified that the balance owed to Peninsula is $620.00, however, the $1,they are calling about includes other companies that she owes as well

[redacted] stated that he never received or signed any document in reference to minimum usage Please see attached contract signed by [redacted] on 4/23/

Scott did my a/c tuneup this spring.He did everything that was required of him.He answered my questions and went the extra mile to do a couple of things that I ask to do.I will request Scott next time I have service work done on my heating and a/c system

Today, September 29, 2016, Rob Dfrom Peninsula came to service the oil furnace so that it would be ready for the fall and winterHe was extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and politeAfter Rob serviced the furnace, he filled out a System Performance Report that was extremely detailedI had never seen one like it Then he took the time to explain to me everything on the reportI was quite impressed with his expertiseRob is an asset to Peninsula.and really seems to enjoy what he doesHe definitely could teach others good work ethics in any businessI will definitely request Rob any time I need service from PeninsulaI would even suggest that Rob receive a raise
