Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response provided by the vendor is a straight lieVendor did not tell us anything about charging extra 199.99$ for International call purposeWe got to know about it only when he swiped our credit card into his system and generated the billThe vendor told me that $was deposit (caution money) which was shown as "Proxy" in bill receipt and also this money will be debited each time I make an international call and after days remaining amount will be credited back to my accountNow he is telling that it was for 'international credit to call abroad' and that the 'credit will expire in days' Vendor had shown me different plans from Lyca Mobile which were priced differently according to the Local / International talktime , data , available on themMy primary objective of getting a Prepaid Sim card was that I could get a local number so that any one could contact me if requiredHence I went for the cheapest available plan out of all the plans the vendor had shown to me If I wanted to call abroad I could have paid an extra $and got a $Plan in which I was getting aprox.(Min) India calling which was more than enough for me as I was in USA for only days (The vendor had shown me this plan as well), Why would I pay $more for the same thing which I am getting by paying $extra ? And if the vendor says that $was for international call credit then why is this credit not reflecting in my prepaid balance ? I can provide you my Lyca mobile number and you can verify with Lyca mobile if requiredAlso the vendor should have clearly mentioned something like 'Credit' against the $in the billWhy did he mention 'Proxy' against $in the bill ? This all clearly proves that the explanation given by the vendor is not at all trueHe provided me misleading information and his main objective was to exhort money from me Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer had purchase a prepaid sim card from the store for $The rest amount was international credit to call abroadCustomer was full aware of the plans and the rates under store policy, once the prepaid plans are purchased we cant cancel, and all the remaining credit will expire in days from the date of purchaseStore policy for prepaid are stated on the receipt as well in the store

Customer [redacted] came into my store looking for a bargain for iPhone 5sWe specifically explained to him before putting his card through our machine that since you are getting a phone for a discounted price for months we must reserve a no contract feeCustomer said he understood and signed a copy of our no contract agreement then we proceed with the saleWhen customer received the final receipt he refused to sign and said he wanted to cancelI simply told him once we process everything through our system their is a cancellation fee as stated in our No Contract AgreementAll of our customers always read the No Contract Agreement before they signWe apologize if he didn't understand our policies but it is the same for all of our customers

I totally disagree to what the business had to say and would like to state that I was wrongly trapped by Amazing wireless mobile into signing a No contract form without disclosing true facts and was a victim of deceit
As mentioned in my earlier letter I am yet to receive my balance dollars which has been retained by Amazing wireless in the name of contract cancellation.In fact I did find a lot of complaints against the business posted
on the Internet and woes of tourists who were hapless victims of the said business
I would sincerely request the authorities to get into the root and probe into the modus operandi of this retail store and stop innocent tourists from falling prey to this operator

At the same time I bought a prepaid sim from *** and they charged just the monthly charges, they did not even ask for my credit cardSame was with * *** and ***Are you someone special or you providing some exceptional services? And after all if I would have agreed to pay any amount why would have I been fighting here? Please explain why you take that deposit and what is the purposeWhy you need a whopping USD deposit when a customer needs a prepaid sim for 10-days which is worth USD? YOUR SALES PERSON HAS SWIPED MY CARD WITHOUT MY INFORMATION FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT AGREED BY ME.Your sales guy never informed me that he is swiping the card for USD which has as depositAlso, I was paying cash, he dint take it, he said need your card for security reasons, what security reasons? In the marked no one takes deposit for even post paid contracts and you need for prepaid? Your sales guy did not take any signature or asked me to sign the credit card receipt, he just handed over to me and when started arguing your *** *** misbehaved with me and my wife why so? Send the signed copy of CREDIT CARD RECEIPT so every one can see hereYour sales guy took my signature on small paper document mentioning this is just a document for our records, he never ever mentioned me about that USD swipeAlso, when I got notice from my bank then I got to know that he swiped so much money on card, when I asked he said its just blocked and not charged, when I further argued he said, you just write a mail and you will get your full money back in days, why did he mislead customer? I wrote a mail got a confirmation that you will pay me in 1-days of timeToday its more than days, I haven't got a single penny out of it...why? See the attached mail confirmation from your teamFurther, every customer has a right to return the product in this country, I proposed to return my sim just minutes after I bought it and I was in your shop, your guys said I will be charged USD if I return the simYou think its fair business practice that you will charge USD for returning a USD sim? You think you are doing right with customers?Also, if you think you are doing a fair business then why there is a complain by so many international customers and the matter is same? Fine...lets agree that you charged me a deposit but you suppose to pay it back? You agreed to pay me in the mail, I haven't still received the money? Why? I am not using your product, no transaction...please pay my money as it is? Why you keeping it? Who has given you right to do so? You have made this as your business, to cheat international customers as once they leave the country they wont come for USD or soI am here in New York only and will not spare you unless you pay my hard earned money back

Customer purchased a Nexus and also requested that their device be "internationally unlocked" because the device would be operated internationallyCustomer was fully aware of the unlocking fees which is
a non-refundable productWe made sure that the customer was notified about our refund policy at the POSCustomer can return the device and receive a full refundHowever, the unlocking fees cannot be refunded because the imei has already been paid for and is unlocked

Custumer had purchase a prepaid sim card with $basic planWhen you first purchase a sim card store charges a sim card and activation fee, which are non refundableThis is the charge the store charges
when we sell the plans, and under store policy once plans are purchased they are non refundable at any caseStore policy is stated on the receipt and in the store thanks
