Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not think it is reasonable that they can not at least tell me who manufactures the pads for the armrest so that I could ask them to sell them I think it's insane that they won't sell them separately and are trying to fleece me into buying a low quality product for almost 100$ even with a 20% discount...the replacement pads for this thing are not worth 60$ ...it's riduridicu The least they can do and what I want them to do is tell me who they get them from so I could attempt to get a more reasonable solution from that company I will not buy another of thier hanging armrest simply to put new detachable pads on this one and the main reason I won't is because it's a very low wualqua product that had to be re-engineered in order to provide a reasonable amount of support I want them to just tell me who the company is that they get them fromI rejected a complain I have against earthlite complain ID [redacted] and I left out a lot of details I had meant to include I just wanted to say that I do not at all understand why she brought up a warranty I haven't asked for any action to be taken in regard to a warranty or for anything to be replaced or repaired I am complaining that I feel it is unreasonable that they cant sell me replacement pads for an expensive item and instead are trying to fleece me into buying an entire new unit of that expensive and low quality item that I had to modify in order to get to provide reasonable supportI get that they don't have to sell the pads separately like I wanted them to my complaint is that I think they are being extremely unreasonable by not selling itI think a reasonable company would sell a replacement pad for this it is an easily detachable item that velcros onto the rest of the wooden piece and is meant for massage clients to rest their arms on The rest of this thing is made out of nice solid wood (although the design itself is pretty poor - doesn't provide good support unless modified) I would expect after having hundreds of clients use this thing over time one would reasonably expect to be able to replace the pads without having to buy an entire new solid wood piece (which a reasonable person wouldn't expect to wear out very fast...its solid wood...).....and my other and most important complaint is that they told me the reason they wont separate is bc they don't make these things themselves but I have asked repeatedly and they refuse to tell me who they get them from so I could at least have a chance to ask that company to sell me the pads for this thingMy desired outcome is that they at least tell me who makes the pads so I can attempt to buy them or even better yet be more reasonable about this..and if not I want my complaint to be known to the public.Regards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

In looking at my papers for the trailer I never got a copy of the paper that I had signed and notarizedI was told that the final paperwork would be sent to me.Attached are pictures showing missing propane tank, missing fire extinguisher, divider that is not a stud wall, bubbling paint on both back doors, disfigured metal on the side of back doors, crooked couch and badly hung window coveringA picture of the back of the trailer with the driver and a friend in the picture shortly after the trailer was deliveredIt has been a over a week and I have yet to receive the keys to lock the trailer.Thank you,

Hello [redacted] , Thank you for returning my phone call todayThis email is in reply to ID # [redacted] , complaint made by an Earthlite customer ( [redacted] ), whose only purchase with Earthlite is from July Customer [redacted] states Earthlite did not tell her who manufactures pads for an armrest so she can purchase said padsstatement as Earthlite is the manufacture of said armrest and we offered to sell to her.Customer’s latest email to Earthlite on March 21st, after personally attacking Earthlite employee via email, said “let it go” after Earthlite again made efforts get customer a new/replacement item.Customer is unwilling to answer Earthlite calls to come to a resolutionCustomer has asked us to “let it go”, we have made efforts to comply and ‘let it go’, however we are not clear on the customer’s actual request as we have offered a replacement for her out of warranty product and she continues to tell us no and yet still files a complaintAll in all, ***, Earthlite has emailed her several times, tried calling her several times to resolve this matter, however she is being unreasonable and attacking us We are glad to learn this will not affect our Revdex.com rating as you mentioned in the voicemail you left me today, please let me know if you need anything further from us at EarthliteI have email copies of ***’s comments mentioned above if neededThank you, [redacted] 760-597-

On 4/11/I was told that after the removal of my son's braces any over payment will be paid within week after corrected claim is sent to [redacted] [redacted] never received a corrected claim until 4/25/according to team lead PattiLinda who is the billing coordinator at DrChapman's office is claiming that she is speaking with [redacted] and that they haven't paid towards corrected claimThis isn't true as I have received documentation from [redacted] as well as my EOBLinda was told directly from [redacted] on a conference call I made to the office, that she hasn't spoken with anyone there [redacted] has paid $but requesting a refund for $476.84, so they paid a total of $which entitles me to a refund of $for the over payment I made for $I have spoken with Linda numerous times in which she has had very poor customer service and is disrespectful towards patientsShe never follows up on issues and continuously states nothing diff

Mr [redacted] did bring his vehicle into our shop overheating with a coolant leakWe found the water pump leaking and replaced the pump to get the customer back on the roadWe are not sure how long the customer drove vehicle overheating.A week later the customer took the vehicle to a repair facility due to a coolant smellThey found a bleeder valve open and leaking coolantm profuslyI spoke with the repair facility in St Louis and he agreed with me that it would be impossible to drive from the dealership to St Louis, MO (approximately 400) with this valve openThe vehicle would have lost all of it's coolant in a matter of minutes.I offered the customer $350, which is half of the water pump repair as a goodwill gestureNot to admit any wrong doing Dominic C [redacted]

I would like Coughlin Automotive to refund my bill related to the water pump replacement on my Toyota Sienna which totals $for parts and servicesThe pump was suspect after the cooling system had run dry, and my mechanic did not recommend using it.? I have contacted Dominic C [redacted] via E-mail relating this on Tuesday Nov29, but he has not returned my E-mail, or to the follow up voicemail that I had left for him on Wednesday Nov

I would like to reply to this complaint, but it seems that you have prohibited me from doing so, as it has been "days." ? I have been out on company business for the last week and have been unable to access the necessary documents for my reply until today? Are you able to help me with this? ? More written documentation re: overcharged for horse trailer

I just wanted to let you know that Ed R [redacted] did contact us from Coughlin Automotive and said that he will work with us to make it rightHe asked us to send him the invoice for the parts and he will take care of the cost of the brakes/drums etcSo if we could put this complaint on hold to see if he is a man of his wordWe don't want to delete this complaint until he does what he said he would do

To whom it may concern: [redacted] loan was pre-approved contingent on the information she submitted to us online.In her original Application she submitted her monthly rent to be in the amount of $750.However, When the bank received all documents and began their verification process, her true monthly rent amount was in the amount of $890Due to this difference, the bank determined her monthly income and budget was not sufficient to fund the loan.We here at Coughlin Automotive work as quickly and efficiently as possible to close any and all open stipulations with the lendersWhen information provided to us by a customer is not completely accurate the bank verification process which is not completed by us takes additional time.Due to this time constraint, we were unable to quickly satisfy her new loan and payoff existing loan.I check has been cut and mailed to [redacted] to refund her deposit and we will call and explain the situation to her current lender and take appropriate action from there.Derek W***

On September 28, Mr.? [redacted] did purchase an AS IS Dodge Ram with 80,miles? from our dealership.? Our Service did a safety inspection on the vehicle Aug16, and found no safety issues with the vehicle.We ask the customer to prove us with receipts for the very expensive issues, but at this time no have been providedDuring the sales process Mr [redacted] heard a noise coming from the clutch areaWe explained to Mr [redacted] that it has a really nice aftermarket clutch installHe didn't like the noise that it made, so on October 5, we replaced the Clutch Plate, Pressure Plate and Throw Out Bearing.Per customers request, spending over $to install the ? new clutch? A few weeks later Mr [redacted] ask if we could put the old clutch back in the vehicle because he like it better than the new one.As I mentioned earlier the vehicle was sold "as Is"We don't feel that anything is owed to Mr [redacted] at this time? ?

We here at Coughlin Automotive value any and all customersWe go to extreme measures to provide accurate information regarding all vehicles in our inventory We attach free carfax reports to our used vehicles and will provide service records upon requestThis vehicle was very clearly sold AS IS and signed off on by the customer After the transaction we did pay another dealer $to fix certain items on the vehicle as well did the warranty companyIt is unfortunate that mechanical issues can arise in vehicles ( especially those that are years old and cost a small fraction of what they are new) We here at Coughlin take measure to ensure our customers are aware of what they are buying and offer different plans in the invent something goes wrong down the roadWhile we refuse to fix every nut and bolt on a AS IS unit months later, we did take the vehicle back and issue the same customer a newer make and model that should be more reliable

We sold this customer a year old vehicle as is. We did preform a safety inspection on the vehicle and at that time the engine was in good working orderThere is not a way to test the life of motor there for this could not have been found to be a problem at the time of this
inspection. Unfortunately older vehicles with higher miles are likely going to have mechanical problems that is why we sell them as is. I am calling the customer to see if we can try to help in some way but we do not feel this is a case for the Revdex.com. Any help we provide would be in good faith
