I have had an appointment set up with this company for two weeksThey called minutes after they were supposed to be here and say they just can't make it todayVery frustrating, very unprofessional

I used this service for a "move-out" cleaningI was quoted $on the phone for people for hoursI was informed that the move-out cleaning was comprehensive and I would receive a letter to give to my landlords when the job was complete as proof to get my deposit backWhen they arrived and did the walk through of my small condo, I was informed that the price was instead going to be $I didn't really understand why because the carpet was brand new and the fridge was already sterilized people came and cleaned for hoursWhen we inquired about the paperwork to give our landlords, we were told, " Nope! That's itThere's nothing else." When the landlords walked through, they called me in to lookThe walls, baseboards, doors, and door frames were not touchedThe fan blades were dusted; however, the housing unit was notThe floor appeared to have just been swiffered because there was a stain on the floor that came off with Chlorox wipe and a minute of scrubbingBasically, it looked like they wiped down the microwave, cleaned the stove, and vacuumed/swiffered the tile, and that was itI ended up cleaning with the owners for an hour prior to the tenant arrivingWhen I called to discuss this with the company, I was spoken to like I was a scam artist and a liarIt took me over minutes and a lot of prompting just to get him to ask what he could do to make it rightI asked for credit or a 50% refundHe told me he would refund $and no moreHe was unapologetic and let me know I didn't have to use their service againI won'tI DO NOT recommend this cleaning company to anyoneDo not use them for any Move-Out needsAnd believe me when I say that the dictionary's definition of comprehensive and Pro Clean's execution the word are miles apart

I purchased a Groupon on November 1st for a 4-hour house cleaning by Pro Clean I wanted to have my house cleaned for Christmas I called the number on the Groupon several times to schedule an appointment but no one answered or returned my calls About a week later a lady finally answered the phone and was very rude She told me they no longer do the four- hour cleaning special and wanted to know when I purchased my Groupon I told her I bought it the previous week She said they had no openings until January I told her I was disappointed because I wanted it for Christmas but she said the earliest they could do it was Jan12th She told me I needed to text her with my address and the date she gave me and she would confirm my appointment through text So I did as she requested and even offered to accept a refund in my text if they no longer wanted to honor the cleaning special I purchased I received no confirmation text backThe next day I re-texted them again and ask

I have used them for both my home and business and I find their rates to be acceptable especially for how through of a job they doThey are very reliable and do a great job

It is unfortunate that they did not spend the night with us, however the two rooms that the guest went into were used to the extent that the housekeeper had to clean them*** never told the guest that they would recieve a full refund, she
explained that that is something that must go through management before a decision was made*** also never heard the word "bed bug" come out of the guest mouthShe was told the beds were uncomfortable and nothing moreWe have been inspected recently and there were no traces of bed bugs in any rooms.In my opinion if there was bed bug residue, which the housekeeper did not find the next morning, I do not see why the first room that was rented did not leave the property to stay with their family elsewhereWe offered them the best discount we can give with the rooms being left used all nightThere is some miscommunication somewhere as the front desk clerk who handled this situation tells a completely different storyWe also offered a 25% discount to stay with us again, as we know that they would have a much better stay should they decide to come backThere is nothing further we can do besides extend our deepest apologies for the inconveniences they've experienced

letter, Ms. [redacted] voiced her frustration that we did not press her daybed cover. We do not give customers the binary option of pressing vs. not pressing household items such as bed covers and comforters because our machines cannot accommodate their general bulkiness and girth. Although Ms. [redacted] argues that we divulged the option of pressing her cover only after she returned to the store to voice her complaint, this cannot have happened because we do not press household items in any circumstance. Hence, we do not offer customers this option in the first place because it is not something we can do. Visiting our store and viewing finished household items will confirm this fact; all of our household items are not pressed. Even though she says that we did not try to rectify her situation, there is nothing we could have done to begin with because of the nature of household items. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say. I have just had major surgery and needed some deep cleaning and found this company through a groupon offer. I contacted them directly and after giving a description of what I needed done, the woman on the phone added $15 more to the highest groupon offer even though I was only having 1 of the 3 bedrooms in my home cleaned along with the primary areas of the home. I was ok with this because she said that they would do baseboards and deep cleaning as well. First, the cleaners showed up an hour early and I was not ready for them, was in my towel and just out of the shower. Didn't have time to get dogs out of house and linens washed and ready to be put back on bed. I used to clean homes for a living and I know what deep cleaning is and I tell you, there was no deep cleaning done here. I checked my 2nd bathroom and as small as it is, the floor was not entirely swept or mopped! I tried to walk through house to spot any problems, but I missed this as well as the excessive about of dust bunnies in window areas and on cloth blinds. My ceiling fans were not touched either! I paid $140 for 2 women for 2 hours for a 1 bedroom 2 bath home and was told this included deep cleaning. Also, they used my vacumn and left the canister, which I showed them how to empty (Im highly allergic to dust) totally full! all this being said, I am pretty easy going and understand that expectations can be misunderstood, but when I called 3 times, once immediately after the cleaners left, and no one called me back, and when finally getting a call 3 days later, once my check cleared the bank and be told I am the one who should have noticed all of these things and because I didn't before they left my home, I am [redacted] outta luck/!!! Very poor customer service!! This woman on the other end of the line treated me like a child and cut me off while I was trying to explain that post surgery, I am unable to really be as able to check everything in few minutes and discovered these issues within moments of the cleaners leaving and had she called me back in a reasonable time, this could have been resolved. She was unwilling to even listen let alone offer any alternative to compensate and work with me. Revdex.com accredited or not, this company is awful and their customer service is worse! After major surgery, I could have done a better job for free!! What a waste of $140 that I will never see again!

Hello,When we took the payment from the customer we used  "Square" as the method of processing that payment, which was the same method I used for all my clients. Since the last response we have given the client a 50% refund and have switched to Chase business for our method to collecting payments.

Customer was informed that [redacted] would not be sufficient to clean entire house due to the size of the property. Customer was informed we can accommodate the needs and send 2 employees at $140 each. Customer agreed to the terms, and provided his card information for payment. Upon completion...

Excellent! More than what I expected.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I hired them to clean my house and we agreed on a date and time for cleaning. A girl showed up at my house the following day (a week ahead of time). I called to reconfirm the correct dates and called again the day before our scheduled appointment. I was VERY specific on my cleaning needs. I have a fairly large house and told Indira that it required a thorough cleaning. I stated that I needed extra services (above the normal cleaning). I told her I had 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and included the square footage of the home. She assured me the job could be done in 4 hours. I questioned this but assumed she was sending a team of at least 2-3 people. One person showed up at my house! I told her what needed to be done and she looked at me like I was crazy! I ended up cleaning more than half (probably 3/4) of my house while this girl cleaned 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. She did not do my floors, my kitchen, bedroom, den, exercise room, and so much more. I called Indira and she told me she would personally come out to finish the job and not charge me. I thought that was very nice. I called to reschedule and she "conveniently" forgot the story. After checking her notes, she told me she would come out and would give me a $25 discount! This was not the original agreement! She blatantly LIED to me! The first girl did NOT do her job and Indira did not finish it. It was appalling! I basically cleaned my house myself and paid someone else in the meantime. I would NEVER recommend this company! AWFUL!!!!
