Pro Clean

Arrived a few minutes late and left at least 30 minutes before I returned for the four hour session. However, did a great job and did all I had asked.

Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say. I have just had major surgery and needed some deep cleaning and found this company through a groupon offer. I contacted them directly and after giving a description of what I needed done, the woman on the phone added $15 more to the highest groupon offer even though I was only having 1 of the 3 bedrooms in my home cleaned along with the primary areas of the home. I was ok with this because she said that they would do baseboards and deep cleaning as well. First, the cleaners showed up an hour early and I was not ready for them, was in my towel and just out of the shower. Didn't have time to get dogs out of house and linens washed and ready to be put back on bed. I used to clean homes for a living and I know what deep cleaning is and I tell you, there was no deep cleaning done here. I checked my 2nd bathroom and as small as it is, the floor was not entirely swept or mopped! I tried to walk through house to spot any problems, but I missed this as well as the excessive about of dust bunnies in window areas and on cloth blinds. My ceiling fans were not touched either! I paid $140 for 2 women for 2 hours for a 1 bedroom 2 bath home and was told this included deep cleaning. Also, they used my vacumn and left the canister, which I showed them how to empty (Im highly allergic to dust) totally full! all this being said, I am pretty easy going and understand that expectations can be misunderstood, but when I called 3 times, once immediately after the cleaners left, and no one called me back, and when finally getting a call 3 days later, once my check cleared the bank and be told I am the one who should have noticed all of these things and because I didn't before they left my home, I am [redacted] outta luck/!!! Very poor customer service!! This woman on the other end of the line treated me like a child and cut me off while I was trying to explain that post surgery, I am unable to really be as able to check everything in few minutes and discovered these issues within moments of the cleaners leaving and had she called me back in a reasonable time, this could have been resolved. She was unwilling to even listen let alone offer any alternative to compensate and work with me. Revdex.com accredited or not, this company is awful and their customer service is worse! After major surgery, I could have done a better job for free!! What a waste of $140 that I will never see again!

I found this organization through Groupon. [redacted] (sp?) was phenomenal. She confirmed my appointment through text message (which I really appreciate) and promptly arrived for our appointment. When she arrived she was ready to get started and ask for a tour of the house and what I wanted focus on. Throughout the hours she was there she ask me to review her completed work and let her know of anything I thought she missed. She took my feedback well and touched up what I asked her to. The cleaning was fantastic! She cleaned my house as I feel she would have cleaned her own. I got the opportunity to work along with her and speak with her quite a bit. She was very friendly, conversational, and professional. I don't have any negative feedback.

I have had an appointment set up with this company for two weeks. They called 10 minutes after they were supposed to be here and say they just can't make it today. Very frustrating, very unprofessional.

This is a company I want to support and encourage people to use!! Super work ethic and attention to detail. Honest, hard working people. I did not even realize how dirty my floors were until they were cleaned so well ! Highly recommend Pro Clean.

Amazing! I found Pro Clean through an expired Groupon offer. The wonderful owner was kind enough to honor the offer for me and even had a date available within the week! On the day of service, one of their worker's cars broke down. They actually called me to advise of the situation and confirm that a later arrival would be ok with me. Then they called again to let me know they were on their way! When they arrived, they had everything needed to perform the work. They were polite, well-groomed, friendly, thorough and FAST!! What took me 6 hours on my best day, they had done within 90 minutes! I am so impressed that I am already planning on hiring them to do our "move out" cleaning so our house is spotless for the new owners. The price they quoted was very reasonable and I'm sure, if this experience was any example, the new owners of our house will be thrilled.

They cleaned my condo and did an excellent job. Very professional, through, and prompt. I definitely plan on using them to routinely clean my home and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Was very underwhelmed by the service. The cleaning lady was cleaning with dirty towels and sponges and wiping my wood desk and dining table with Windex. My house felt wiped down when she left and not like it had just been professionally cleaned. Would not use again.

Very good service. The owner was on-site, and was very courteous and passionate about her business. The cleaning was very good and very thorough...had to clean an after-construction home, and they did a great job of getting all the fine dust removed. Thanks!
