I hired Pro Clean to do a Deep Construction Clean on a high end residence. The team lead by the company owner was professional, through and knowledgeable and honest. Always timely and extremely hard working! I highly recommend!

Bought a groupon for 4 hours of cleaning. Set appointment for 10:00 today. It's now 11:00 and no show. I think they stole my money. No call. No contact from them. Half hour ago I called and left message asking them to contact me. NOTHING

I found them on groupon. Indira came to clean our house. She is courteous, professional and did a great job.

My house needed to be cleaned in order for it to list for sale and they were in and out within two hours and cleaned everything including the window sills, inside kitchen cabinets and closets. I would definitely use them again.

Indira and partners are fantastic! They did a wonderful job on our house this morning. Very cost affordable and I feel they did a thorough investigation for dust, dirt, grime, and any other ick that we hadn't gotten to. My boyfriend works full time and I am in school full time/work part time, so we don't get around to much cleaning, as you can imagine.
A++ and would absolutely hire Indira again. She is very polite and courteous. Everything smells lemon fresh in here now and I don't even want to walk on the floor because it is so clean!

Review: Called company regarding a $140 [redacted]. They convinced me to purchase through them and not through [redacted] and then without my approval, charged me double the agreed upon amount. They even forged my signature on the credit card authorization. The owner has refused to remedy the situation.Desired Settlement: 1) Refunded to only pay the $140 that was agreed upon

Customer was informed we can accommodate the needs and send 2 employees at $140 each. Customer agreed to the terms, and provided his card information for payment. Upon completion customer tried to renegotiate terms, and threatened to post complaints about the company unless we gave him the cleaning at 50% discount.

Hello,When we took the payment from the customer we used "Square" as the method of processing that payment, which was the same method I used for all my clients. Since the last response we have given the client a 50% refund and have switched to Chase business for our method to collecting payments.

I was very pleased with the care that was taken to clean my house.
I will be using them again.

Indira did an amazing job! We moved out of a rental home and hired her to do a move out cleaning. She applied a groupon we had bought for her company even though it said it exclude move out cleaning in the fine print, which she didn't have to do. She left the home looking so good, she cleaned the blinds, floor boards, windows, inside of all the cupboards, carpets, and tile. She even found things we had missed while packing and put them all together in one place for us. Indira was so professional and even asked me to walk through the home to make sure everything was done to satisfaction. I asked Indira If she would do the blinds in the spare bedroom and she did so without question. I would highly recommend Indira and her company for house cleaning, she did a fantastic job!
