Canceled order and no refund
Canceled my order within the hour it was placed. Never received my refund. Does not retuned calls and responds periodically to emails. I was told 5-7 business days for my refund and never received it. I tried to dispute the transaction with PayPal and they gave PayPal a statement showing the item was shipped. DO NOT SEND THIS CLOWN MONEY

I wish I would have read the reviews before giving this clown my money. Purchased 2 name plates. On screen printed one sewn on. Got the screened one. Wrong plate with the wrong screened colour. Never got the second one at all. DO NOT buy from this clown. Not sure how he is not shut down? Not one good review. @betterbusinessbureau this guy has got to go. Not sure how to give zero stars

2 months, no product, charged twice, won't refund
These guys are just a plain old scam. They both don't ship product AND also put through multiple charges on your credit card. They should be in prison.

Literal zero in satisfaction. Didn't recieve my order for weeks. I emailed and was told it was on backorder. When I recieved it, the patches were the wrong font, didn't match and I was given the run around (before being ignored) via email. Submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

should not be allowed to be in business...sends wrong color item..then promises how he is gonna make it right and send out right item right away and 2 months later no response..no moral or ethics as business owner. don't waste your money here

On 12/3/I ordered letters for a jersey from this company My card was billed $**.** on 12/ I have not received them I have emailed them and been told several times that they were sent They keep bringing up an address in Iowa as where they should be sent I live in ** I have tried resolving this with them but they have stopped responding

I ordered goods in November for a Christmas Gift The goods were never delivered and by December, I had to cancel the order Propatches cancelled the order but "forgot" to refund my money I emailed them repeatedly and in January, they said the refund went through, but it did not I have emailed more than times, left several messages, and they will not return my calls or emails I offered to call my bank/cardholder with them for confirmation I have not received the refund, but again, they will not respond It is now almost March and I still have not received my refund I am not someone who has a lot of disposable income, so I really do need the refund owed to me I have every email for tracking purposes if someone should need it

They never sent my order I had to email them after a month and it finally showed upWhen I did get it I asked them how to apply it and (after a few attempts) they replied with "iron on then sew"Maybe for someone who has worked with them before (like obviously they have) its that simple but actually you need to peel off a few layers of backing to get the patches readyIf you did just iron as they recommend you'd *** ** your patchBad business and I would't have done business with them if I'd know they were so poor

Order placed 8/27/for custom stitched nameplate, advertised as identical to my team's jersey, size, color, etcListing states "please allow 7-business days for nameplate to be completed." Received automatic email 9/3/stating stitch work started I contacted customer service 9/15/18, and rec'd a response 9/18/stating they "had to evacuate for the hurricane, and all orders pending will be shipped out within 24-48hrs." Sent another email 9/24/asking for a tracking # Rec'd response 9/24/"it was sent USPS first class, no tracking" Sent an email 10/1/stating I hadn't received it Nameplate was not mailed until 10/4/18, and not received until 10/9/ The order was not completed within the 7-day window as advertised on the website, the nameplate was larger than the one on my jersey, and the color of stitching was orange, and not yellow, so this doesn't match my team's jersey This company should not make claims on their website, as users like me trust

I placed an order for a Jersey name plate for $*** They took the order but then about a week later emailed me saying that the name I requested was too long and I would have to pay more I said then lets just cancel and they said ok Waiting for my refund about weeks later I received another charge for the same amount I called and they said they would cancel the new charge and process the refund That never happened When I reached out today they said they will get on the refund for the 2nd charge but now the first charge will not be refunded I will only receive a creditI have emails to back all of this up
