I ordered letters for hockey teams that I coach I did not receive the correct letters of the letters were correct, which is perplexing because I only ordered colors So why they got correct and chose to send me incorrect I am at a loss I called times and emailed times with no responseI told them in my message my season is beginning and I need these letters quickly I also mentioned we have tight budgets and I can't afford to buy new ones because they failed to respond Thus far they refuse to even acknowledge my issue I find this appalling, this is youth sports and a non profit hockey league they are taking advantage of Clearly I should have looked them up on Revdex.com prior to see their pattern of terrible service and lack of follow up I have been the president of this hockey league for many years and have never found a vendor act this way, this is very disappointing My kids are very upset that they earned a Captain but can't wear their letters because

I made an order on the pro patches website (#***) for $on Feb13thI received my productsI emailed and called over times and got little to no responseI asked for shipment tracking numbers for weeks and then finally asked for a refund four times through email and twice over the phoneThey told me that they send my items twice and that the US Postal service doesn't give tracking numbers, which is untrueI then received an email as follows: "Hi Amber, we can do an immediate reshipment first thing on Monday Will that work for you? I can ship 2nd day air at our expense Let us know." on (3/5/15) which I responded: "No I would like a refund." on (3/6/15)
When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone a weeks later (3/11/16) they told me I could get a refund since my products never showed up and they had no shipping information on fileI was told I would get a refund receipt emailed to meI called back three days later (3/14/16) to ask for the refund receipt and was

I purchased some items through their website I then decided to go a different route and advised them to cancel my order and refund my money They canceled my order and said they refunded my money I gave it a few days and no refund came through I contacted them and they said they will do another refund transaction they also sent me a refund receipt via email I gave it a few days and nothing posted I contact my bank and they said there is nothing they can do with a refund receipt All transaction are done with vendor and their systems I contact Pro Patch again and they said they don't know what's going on They then suggested sending me a company check I said that was fineI gave them a few weeks and no checked showed I tried to contact them about this refund and now they are not responding The purchase was done on Sept 24th It is not Nov21st and I have no refund and no response from them I even advised on my last contact that if they weren't going

Shipped authentic ** *** jersey to this business for custom lettering I was told by Kevin S*** that there was a day turnaround Jersey sent with signature required in last week of June After in excess of phone calls, texts, and several e-mails to Pro Patches I have been able to talk to Kevin about times Was forced to call with a burner number so he would answer the call It has been nearly TWO MONTHS and I have NOT received my merchandise In brief conversations with Kevin I was told Jersey was complete Next phone call he had no idea about my order Next phone call I was told item was shipped via USPS the previous day and it was "on the way" He refused to give me a tracking number in any correspondence despite me asking several times E-mails, Texts, and Call logs available upon request ORDER NUMBER ***

On August 7, I order several patches to be produced and sent to my home in *** ** To date they provide no evidence that they ever plan to fill the order despite taking my payment on August 7, They refuse to provide the shipper or tracking number I now see that you have at least other complaints with this same service provider regarding similar issues Is this company under investigation by the AG of *** for theft of service?

Order shipped via us postal service on 3/10/16. If customer no longer wants items once received, she may ship back as we spoke earlier. We have already given her a copy of the shipping receipt as promised

This is our second experience with this company. In 2015 we had a similar problem although the merchandise was eventually sent. Enormously frustrating. Until this is remedied, I remain enormously skeptical. They should use simple free package tracking from [redacted], and the fact that they don't is highly suspicious.

We did custom work for the customer.  He wasn't satisfied with one of the letters.  We asked him to ship back for it to be fixed, and has refused to this point.We are requesting the customer ship the item back for repair and we will have it completed within 5 business days.

As you can see from the pics attached that it is clearly not "one of the letters" as ProPatches USA claims I am unhappy with, it is every letter. Front, back, sides. The first pic is what I originally received back from them. It was supposed to be #14. As you see it is a #15 and the "s" on my last name is upside down. The numbers are different sizes and they are not centered with my last name, they are more to the right. However Kevin said to send it back and it would be replaced within 5 days, just like they are claiming now. I called them after a week and they still didn't start on it. What I received back are the remaining pics. The "s" is still upside down and the #14 is clearly slanted to the left. The numbers are all different sizes and there is an outpouching/defect on the left side of the #1 on the back. What I didn't show you with pics do to pic number restrictions is that the side numbers all sewn on off-centered. For ProPatches USA to send me back the jersey TWICE with multiple errors and failing to do what they promised the first and second time has caused me to not believe them anymore. They obviously have no quality control.  ProPatches USA also promised a refund for my shipping (for the second time I sent it to them) in 4-5 business days which I still have not received, today is day#6.  I will not be sending my jersey back, ProPatches USA has only lied and clearly has no clue what they are doing.

We have responded to the customer.  Customer indicated that they'd like their original nameplates back for the jerseys as well as new blank nameplates which we agreed to ship him to end this transaction.  The USPS tracking# is:  [redacted] thank you Kevin S[redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted]. The shipping notes the business has are that it shipped first class mail in November. They do not have a returned item but they are able to reship the item to the customer. Please confirm this and the business will get this out at once.
