I had made an order in September I had waited about four weeks to see where my product was so I called and they told me that the product I wanted was out of stock so I canceled the order and asked for my money back and I still have not gotten my money back almost 1/months later

On 1/22/I contacted ProPatchesUSA by email asking if they had iron on letters/numbers for an *** *** hockey jersey I described the colors/style of lettering neededHe said yes, they supply them for *** *** jerseys
On 1/23/an employee, Ed W*** emailed asking for a photo of the jersey to match the color, style of letters/numbers
On 1/23/17,10:AM I sent an email attaching photos of the front, back, and sleeve of the *** *** jersey
On 1/30/17,10:AM I received an email from Ed W*** that they had the number/letter kit, for $He told me that I must to call/email the order to them
On 1/30/I sent Ed W*** another email with photos, telling him I would be phoning my order immediatelyI asked Ed W*** if I would be able to receive this order soon as I was going out of town on February 23, 2017, had to have time to have a company iron on the letter strip and numbers He told me it would take 5-business days to do the name letter strip sewing, b

What I received back are the remaining picsThe "s" is still upside down and the #is clearly slanted to the leftThe numbers are all different sizes and there is an outpouching/defect on the left side of the #on the backWhat I didn't show you with pics do to pic number restrictions is that the side numbers all sewn on off-centeredFor ProPatches USA to send me back the jersey TWICE with multiple errors and failing to do what they promised the first and second time has caused me to not believe them anymoreThey obviously have no quality control ProPatches USA also promised a refund for my shipping (for the second time I sent it to them) in 4-business days which I still have not received, today is day# I will not be sending my jersey back, ProPatches USA has only lied and clearly has no clue what they are doing.

Revdex.com spoke with the sales manager at the company and that according to their records, the order was shipped first class USPS on December 7, and that there are no notes on the account that the customer called or tried to contact themHe said that she can call and speak to him, and he will
assist with a credit or with reordering the item, but their policy is to offer exchange or credit only and they are not able to offer a refund, especially on an order that they have recorded as being shipped on December

I ordered (#1) and 2(#6) 12" patches from Pro Patches USA on 2/12/and paid extra for day shipping totaling $**.**I called on 2/14/and asked why I didn't receive it and was told the day shipping was on top of the day process to make the patchI asked for my day shipping payment back and was told I would get itI called again a few days later when I didn't get my shipping fee refunded I was put on hold after they got my order number and then was hung up onI called another times over a few days and was hung up on another time on top of no one answering any other timeI have photos of the emails and calls where I was told I got my product "as requested" when I still have yet to receive anything from them (3/1/18) not even my refundThe emails of them disrespecting me and me reaching my limit are all saved and ready to be sent to who ever needs! I want this business shut down every other HONEST review says they got scammed as well! It needs to end!

The customer received only numbers and letter of the orderThis was not the complete order and due to the timeframe the customer wants a refund for this order since the business was unable to process the correct order it a timely manner

Pro Patches provided the transactions documentation for this purchase as well as the mailing documentationThis order was received by the customer and sent to the address on file

I purchased a name plate from this company in august that advertises in their website that they can match any jersey color with a name plateI received my product but it was the wrong color so I was told to send it backI didn't receive my replacement until December and it was the same exact color as the original they sent me which was the wrong colorI spoke with a cs rep through as I sent a pic of the obvious mismatch colorsThe rep told me that in his eyes there was a color match and that I would never get the perfect matchThat's not what I was told originally because I would have never ordered from a company that tells u close is as good as you are gonna get
