I am near panic. Not only has this company not credited me $496, they've billed me an additional $on 10-**!!!
How is it that a company can bill me what I agree to, less than $10. Then on 10-** & now 10-** bill automatically without my knowledge, I am lost on how to overcome ongoing payments to this company. Right now, I have no received any credit to my account, but a total now of $992!!!!
So NO THIS HAS NOT RESOLVED BUT BECOME WORSE!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
