Review: Cancelled this product after first delivery. Sent product back and asked to reverse charges. They have continued to bill me as well as send product. I've sent them back repeatedly. Called and was hung up on twice. They were extremely rude both times.

On Sept. *,2014 I returned product again. Mailed it back through United State Postal Office with a signature confirmation #[redacted] Called again explaining that I DON'T want the product. Again very rude but would reverse charges. They never reversed the charges.

In Sept. It was charged on my credit card $89.34. I pay my credit cards off in full mostly. But that month I only paid the remainder minus the product.

I called again not happy but got ahold of

a very nice man and he said he would reverse charges and that I would be taken out of system. This was on 10/*/2014. His name was [redacted]. Phone# [redacted]. Just received my credit bill statement and they have charged me again. So at this point this company has charged me again.

Balance of last month statement $89.34 and another $89.34= $178.68.

If you could help me I'd appreciate the help. Can not afford to cancel this credit card.

Item is sent from:

Fulfillment Center - ProDermagenix [redacted]Desired Settlement: That they remove the charges of $ 178.68 ASAP from my Capital One Master Card. Plus reimburse me the charge of $12.95 for mailing back product with signature confirmation. I'm have sent this product back more than twice plus have paid for this product a couple of times not looking at bill the way I should of. I'll eat those charges, need credit card reimbursed.

Review: I took an online survey and was told I could choose one of 4 "free gifts" just for the cost of postage. Foolishly, I believed this. The problem was that accepting this free gift by paying the postage enrolled me in a monthly program for 1) receiving the product in the mail (which I had not authorized) and 2) being charged $89.34 on my credit card (which I had not authorized). In addition, it was not at all clear that accepting the free gift translated into enrolling in any monthly program. I have contested these unauthorized charges and must now change my credit card number to forestall future unauthorized credit card charges. I have learned my lesson with online gifts but believe this is a business practice for the Revdex.com. This is because I carefully read all paperwork. It was not at all clear that I was signing up for enrollment for anything.Desired Settlement: Refund all unauthorized charges and stop contacting me.

Review: The skin care product was advertised as a free trial with only paying shipping and handling. It did not state on the ad on tv, or on any packaging material that if I did not cancel within 14 days of the order that they would take out $89.34 of my account that I paid the shipping and handling from. When I called they said they would give me back my $89.34, that I did not have to send the unused product back, and they would cancel my "membership". But they said I had to pay $24.95 restocking fee. I questioned that and they said they would not cancel my "membership" and refund the $89.34 unless I agreed to pay $24.95. So I had to agree so I could at least get part of my money back, and keep them from taking it every month. When I questioned why I had to pay a restocking fee when I was not returning anything, and they had not shipped anything to me, they said that's just what they called it. I called twice to ask about the charge of $24.95, and the second time was treated very rudely.

This free offer cost me $24.95 for nothing.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The statement that I ordered the product is incorrect, it was supposed to be a free trial offer. But I appreciate your help in resolving this.

Sincerely,

Review: On Aug. [redacted], 2014, I responded to an ad on the internet for a free sample of their skin product. I quickly received an email from them acknowledging my order on the same day. I received the product approximately 5 days, around Aug. [redacted], sent via regular [redacted]. After using the product twice, I noticed that I started getting bumps on my eyelids and my eyebrows were very itchy. I stopped using the product and started applying cortisone on the areas affected. On August [redacted], I called up their ###-###-#### line and spoke to someone (I could not never understand their name because they mumble). I told this person what the problem was and he immediately told me he will cancel the order and the charge of $89.34 to my account will be refunded. I asked him for a cancellation number but was told it was not necessary because he had already cancelled the account.

Later on that day, I supplied my bank with the necessary information they needed regarding the cancellation, with the instruction to watch out for the refund of the $89.34. My bank (Navy Federal Credit Union) refunded the full amount on Sept. [redacted], 2014. However, on Oct. [redacted] (I access my account only once a week to pay bills), my account was again charged the amount of $89.34.

I immediately called ProDermagenix and asked why I'm being charged for something that has been cancelled and I never received. The representative (I could not get her name again because she mumbled it and was very curt) told me that I called to cancel TWO days after the 14 days allowed by the terms/conditions of the free sample. so they could not honor refund. I told her that I may have ordered it on August [redacted] but I did not get it the same day, and their count of days should not be the date of the order but rather the date of receipt. That they should factor in the shipping AND handling time of at least three days before starting the count of 14 days. I asked to speak to their manager and was transferred to a "[redacted]" named [redacted] (I had to ask her if I got her name right). She told me basically the same thing and I also told her that their term is very unrealistic. She also said that had I returned the product, they would have given me a refund. I chose not to return the product because I did not want the company to resell it to any unsuspecting buyer. That has always been my belief. If it was a product like a cell phone or a cell phone case, I would return it because those items could be sold as "used".

I am confident that this is how they get their $89.34 every day for however many people are stupid enough (like me) to order something from them. I wonder how many people they have duped with this unrealistic "terms and conditions" of ordering because most people do not find out if the product even works for them until after 20 to 30 days.

You may make this public because I feel that companies who have unrealistic terms and conditions like this should not be in business at all. I myself am doing business through ebay and my own website store. IDesired Settlement: I would like to get my money back, credited to my bank account. I also would like them to change their terms and conditions to the effect that the buyer is given 30 days to cancel. 14 days from the date of order is very unrealistic and unfair to the buyer. The buyer has to be given enough time to try the product, especially because it is something that PHYSICALLY and to an extent, medically affects the buyer.

Thank you.

Review: I had order a trial of two products - one for an ageless eye cream, and the second for a serum product. The product testing I agreed to pay for was $6.95 and $7 to ship a 'free trial'. These we're billed & agreed by me on August [redacted] and August [redacted]. The company subsequently processed 4 unaurthorized credit card charges as follows: Sept * for $129; Sept ** for $119, October * for $129 and October ** for $119. a total of $496 of unauthorized credit card charges I noticed in checking my statement today. I have called the company, and they have said they would refund me but were unwilling to provide a confirmation number and hung up.Desired Settlement: I would like the 4 unauthorized charges refunded to my credit card with a confirmation number for each for a total $496. I expected a trial, I didn't receive one.

[Your Answer Here]

I am near panic. Not only has this company not credited me $496, they've billed me an additional $496 on 10-**!!!

How is it that a company can bill me what I agree to, less than $10. Then on 10-** & now 10-** bill automatically without my knowledge, I am lost on how to overcome ongoing payments to this company. Right now, I have no received any credit to my account, but a total now of $992!!!!

So NO THIS HAS NOT RESOLVED BUT BECOME WORSE!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: Company gave me 14 days to cancel. When I called to cancel acc't on 15th day I was notified I had to pay $59.95 to cancel my acc't. This is not only unethical, but outrageous. I have never heard of such a practice! They also took out $119.95 for an order. I have called them twice and both Customer Service reps gave me the run around and would not answer my direct questions. They were mean, and gave me attitude when I demanded my money be returned to my acc't. If this company continues to withdraw money from my acc't, I will file a complaint through my bank and get a new card. How can a horrible company such as this be in favor with any consumer?Desired Settlement: All money withdrawn from this company credited to my acc't.

Review: Shame on me for being among the 98% of gullible customers who failed to read every word of the lengthy order form; but shame on them for this type of predatory marketing that should be against the law! They promise a "free trial", but before you can even decide whether or not you want the product, unwanted orders start arriving in the mail, and debits start showing up on your account. The trial product did nothing for my 74-year-old skin (I should have known better).
