1) Our records indicate that [redacted] placed an order online with our company.

2) We regret that [redacted] chose to use the statement “….this is fraud and theft.” We quite simply asked [redacted] to pay for the service that she ordered.

3) Nevertheless, in order to maintain goodwill with [redacted] her account was cancelled. We have refunded the amount of $248.00 to her Visa Card ending in [redacted], representing monies received from [redacted]. Her account reflects a zero balance and there will be no further billing to this account.

In summary, we believe that we have been more than fair with [redacted] .

Review: I purchased a trial size offering of an anti-wrinkle serum. I used my credit card to pay S&H charges of $2.95. Details of the 'offer' were not included with the item when it arrived. Three weeks later I was charged $129.00 on my credit card to pay for my free trial sample. I called ProDermagenix and was told that since they don't really have 'sample sizes', they sent me a full-size bottle of the face serum and I had fourteen days in which to try it and if I didn't like it I was supposed to return it and would not be charged. Instead, since I didn't send it back in 14 days, I was charged for the full size bottle that was sent to me. None of these conditions were fully explained at any time. I told them to cancel any future orders, but apparently will still be charged $129.00 for the free sampleDesired Settlement: I expect to be charged for S&H from the original offer of a trial size face serum, but not to pay for the full size bottle. The fine details need to be carefully explained to consumers and included in the package when the offer arrives.
