I am rejecting this response because it doesn't tell me how or what to do in order to get my information removed and I am NOT providing a copy of any state licensed identification Why is that needed to remove MY OWN INFORMATION? Do you seriously have a problem with people contacting you to remove other peoples information???

I am rejecting this response because: The legal department was emailed on Thursday morningThey had all day on Thursday, and all day Friday to email me back with either a link to a removal site, directions on how to remove or simply to acknowledge my emailed requestInstead I receive an email Saturday night from the Revdex.com with an excuse that the removal requests aren't instantaneous and are freeHowever, if you look at the above screen captioned attachments you will note that there is no direct removal request link or buttonThere are a number of options to pay for the removal of information and some links to Google on how to remove outdated informationThere is also a lot of quoting from website about privacy but nothing from the actual privacy actHaving read the privacy act, I know several things: You are required to inform me every single time someone tries to obtain my informationYou must remove my information upon requestYou must inform me that you have received my request upon receiving it.Should you have issue verifying the above, please read section in the privacy actIt is free through the DOJ website in Adobe PDF form.Acknowledge my request to have the site removed, and give an approximate date of when it will be deletedInform me of every single attempt to attain my information that you have on file Regards, [redacted]

You can send a copy of the direct link, or use the formThe previous addresses are only needed if you have multiple profiles with different addressesYou can use a program to open the PDF file and type in the informationI believe I have TD you before that we only need the name address and state of records for removal, or the direct link itselfHopefully you can choose one of the many options to comfortably request information removal

The process to request a removal from our site is the easiest I have seen We do not require a payment, we only require patients, which you clearly have none If you have followed the directions on our site, your information will be removed in the order it was received If you did not follow the directions, I highly recommend you do so, otherwise you will not be removed

Hi--I saw an ad on ProfiLogical to check my report not knowing it would cost anything Yes DUMB TECNO Deprived After I gave them info (G-mail) I started getting e-mails from sex places and was very upset I have reported them to [email protected] to report them I do not want sex e-mails and hope they stop........ANYWAY BEWARE DO NOT BELIEVE IN COINCIDENTALLY RECEIVING THESE SEX E-MAILS RIGHT AFTER LOOKING ON THIS SITE

I contacted Mr Donald [redacted] direct at [email protected] with the Subject "Opt-Out" and asked that my information be removed I submitted all the links that I could find and wrote "Please remove these listings from all and every one of your websites including but not limited to publicwhitepages.com profilogical.com"There is some affiliation with whitepageprofiles.com, YourPublicProfile.com and also Truthfinder.com there are probably moreMr [redacted] responded within hours: Here is what he said, Your records have been removed Please allow Google time to refresh search information This is why we advise it takes up to eight weeks for removalHope that helpsYou do not have to pay the $to have your information deleted!!

I am rejecting this response because: there is no free option to remove my public information, every button listed has a fee associated with it

We offer free removal with very easy to follow directions on how to request it. All we need is the link to the profile you are wanting removed. If you are not able to send a link, we ask for the full name, address and phone number AS IT IS LISTED ON OUR SITE. We do not ask for... anything that we don't have already listed on the site. If you can't or won't give us that information we can't remove you from our site for the simple fact that there are many people who may have the same name. We need the specific information to assure we are removing the right person.

Customers need to email [email protected] With links from our sites so we can pull up the records needing deleted
