have their personal details removed, as Don C*** responds directing folks to go to their website or email [email protected] When you email [email protected], Don C*** responds (seriously?) to take care of the issueThis was an absurd waste of time as Mr C*** could have simply forwarded my initial email to himself at [email protected] in the first placeThis corroborates the nature of my complaint - this business, if you can call it that, is designed to inconvenience and exasperate a person into paying money - or jump through hoops to achieve a satisfactory result At least they comply, some businesses can't even manage that
