It is posted on our site very clearly that you can get free removal The paid options are for expedited services

This information has been removed from our database A request was submitted to Google to expedite the removal from the search engine

We charge for expedited services as well as assist in getting your information removed from other sites that we do not own We offer free removal all we need is an email to [email protected] with a direct link to the profile needing removed If you are not able to send a direct link we will need the full name, address, and phone number as it is listed on our site This information gets removed in a timely manner and is handled in order they are received

For removal requests and any other questions please email [email protected] charge for expedited services All other requests are removed free of charge in a timely manner

First, we have just received an email from you to request removal so clearly we listed a way to contact us on our website. Second, we have not offered an expedited paid removal service in almost two weeks. Third, we delete profiles as they come in. Your profile will be removed as... soon as we get to the email that you had already sent to us.

Please allow at least the same courtesy as most other companies that have people's contact information and allow people to automatically remove links to... their contact information without sharing more information. Even if there is a disclaimer, data brokers, such as Profilogical and Public White Pages, do not know if they are providing data to issuers of credit or insurance, or by employers, landlords and others in making eligibility decisions affecting consumers. As a result, by law, they should maintain the privacy of consumer data. While they obtain more information from people who would like to remove records from their sites, they do not know who is using their information at all. The phone numbers and the addresses on this site remind me of the T-Mobile hack that occurred last year. http://www.wired.com/2015/10/hack-brief-hackers-steal-15m-t-mobile-customers-dat... My cell phone on this site is from T-Mobile. It seems that the contact information on their sites might be hacked data.

They have my personal name and address listed without my consent They also have incorrect information listed for my address, but expect me to pay to have all this removed from the internet, where anyone can look up my name and find out exactly where I live This is a DIRECT threat to my and my children's physical safety and wellbeing

Your information is 100% incorrectWe do not have any phone lines we only communicate via emailWe do not send out any letters or documents by postal mail We do not charge for data removal, we have payment plans for additional services that are only a one time feePlease go back and correct your information or find the company that matches your incorrect statementsNice try though.Profilogical

This business has illegally posted my home address and phone number without my permission and is doing it with many people and then expecting to blackmail us into paying to have our information removed I already never answer my phone when I do not recognize the number and now I know why I get so many scam calls all the time because my number is public Ridiculous that we live in a world where people can do this and get away with it

We have never responded to an email request for free removal by telling someone they have to pay to have their profile removed If you wish to have free removal send a direct link to the profile to [email protected] If you are not able to send a direct link we will need your full name, address and phone number as it is listed on our site.Thank you

For removal of public white page profiles you want to E-mail [email protected] or use the free opt out form available on profilogical.com

Complaint has already been settled through e-mail correspondence

I reviewed the response made by the business and find the resolution is satisfactory to meMany thanks to all involved!

To request free removal send a direct link to [email protected] If you are not able to send a direct link we will need the full name, address and phone number as it is listed on our siteThank you

I received your letter todayWe did e-mail profilogical.com@gmail & asked them to
remove our names, phone number & our address We then got a call and they wanted money, twenty-nine dollars a month to keep our names address & phone number off the internetWe never wanted this personal information on the internet in the first place Verizon asked me to contact the Revdex.com about this They think this is a scamI am asking you to contact profilogical on my behalf to have our names, phone number & address deleted from the internetThey might listen to you.Sincerely yours,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: When placing my personal information on their website,
Profilogical also arranged for my name and address to show up as the top line in a Google. Contrary to what is mentioned in their response, they do charge an (extortion) fee depending on how much of the personal information you want removed (see their website). One of those fees is for removal of the Google search result that they say is now my responsibility. They have the knowledge and resources to remove the Google search result for the information they placed without my permission; which continues to show my full name and address. Their business model is similar to the hackers who place a virus in a business/government/hospital database and delete the information unless a ransom is paid. In this situation they post personal information that could jeopardize a person's safety (i.edomestic violence victim) and refuse to COMPLETELY remove all of the information unless you pay their extortion fee. Profilogical arranged for the information to be on the top line of a Google search, they should remove it

The website clearly informs you have how to get your information removed free of charge

Instructions on profilogical.com state that you need to send copies of the direct links to [email protected] would say you tried to make contact with the previous owner who passed away October 18th We ask 2-weeks for removal of records and you will receive e-mail confirmation once
records are deleted from our databaseThank You
