I paid prometric for my CNA test last year October and still have not heard anything or received a test date also couldnt work without it and had to start a new program for a different certification so the test is now not neededI was also forced to pay $for a background finger print check just so I could pay to take this testthis is unacceptable and as struggling student I need what owed to me

I paid $to schedule a new *** appointment for 3/6/since I wasn't able to reschedule my previous appointment due to website technical issues
I wasn't admitted to my March 6, *** exam because the person at the sign in desk told me there was an issue with my middle name not showing up on the registrationI had my original California driver's license as well as my original Social Security card to show as proof of identificationI contacted Prometric on the phone to let them know the lady at the sign in desk would not let me in to take my test because of some issue with my middle name, and Prometric on the phone told me the middle name should not cause any issue with being admitted to the testHowever, the lady at the sign in desk refused to let me in to take my test because she said I didn't write my middle name on registration since my middle name is listed on my driver's licenseThis made no sense to me because this isn't the policy to add my middle name to the admiss

Unacceptable testing condition at " PROMETRIC *** *** XXXXX"
I took PMP exam on May 9th at "Promoetric - *** XXXXX"The center was already crowded with kids takign SATHad I known this, I would scheduled the test somewhere else or better timeConsidering my exam was hours long, I requested from center staff to provide a quieter place, but they refusedI asked to take water bottle inside testing room , which they refused They provided ear muffs so I can block they constant keyboard clicking sounds from other test takersBut , those ear muffs were too tightOn top of this, testing center staff was constantly coming in/out the room that made me impossible to concentrate on my examI spent several thousands for test prep and countless hours to prepare for this exam, but I did not prepare for this kind of atmosphere at testing site
I called an complaint to Prometric and they gave me run-around and no straight answe

Contacting customer service over the phone is completely impossible, yet required to confirm test details!!!
I have scheduled myself to take the CNOR exam through prometric.com weeks agoI have been trying to reschedule my exam for days now and cannot reach a single human being through the phone number (1-800-896-6037) provided on their websiteI've been kept on hold for minutes every time I call which is now totally timesNo one has time for this and it is completely absurdThere is no other number to call and no other way to reschedule my exam! The website gives the ability to reschedule online but is asking for a Confirmation/Tracking number that I do not haveI tried to reach the credentialing institute that provides the exam but she informed me they have nothing to do with the scheduling therefore I NEED to talk to these people at prometric and I cannot reach anyone
