I have been very satisfied with the level of service that I have received with Proper Insurance and the Lloyds policy that I purchased for coverage as an AirBnB host. I am not listing my home right now, but if that changes, I will go right back to them. During the time, unfortunately/fortunately, I had a liability claim. I say fortunately, because It was taken care of by my policy to 100% satisfaction in timliness and professionalism.

I had a great experience working with Proper Insurance, seeking a policy for our primary residence that would also cover short-term rental property owners. They answered all my questions and presented a competitive quote within a few days.
Staff is extremely friendly and responsive even if you file a claim. The agent and the adjuster contacted us right away after we had some storm damage. They've been easy to work with; my claim was resolved fair and quickly.
I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a combined homeowners and short term rental insurance.

This was my first time working with Proper Insurance. I had both telephone conversations and emails with them. They worked closely with me to answer all my questions which resulted in my taking out a policy with them for my AirBnB.

I recently had to purchase short term rental insurance for my vacation property in New Hampshire. I did my due diligence and got three different quotes. From the beginning, the Account Executive at Proper Insurance was the most thorough, asking me questions about things I hadn't even considered and ensuring I had the right kind and amount of insurance in place. He was patient and took his time explaining everything about the policy and welcomed all questions. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He took such care in the sales process, it gave me confidence that if I ever had to submit a claim, I would be equally well taken care of.

They were very knowledgable and personable. I have never had an insurance company treat me like an individual person. They gave me one on one support that was specific to my situation.

In looking at your account it appears you have a renovated 1920's home listed on Airbnb. It's a beautiful property, but sometimes these older homes can be tricky to insure correctly, so I'm glad you got the attention you needed. They seemed to be a good company when I decided to insure our Florida condo, good review and good rate all were the factor for our decision. In about a month they keep asking us for irrelevant document and website where our property was listed for short term lease. We have to do our short term lease through a rel estate agent due to requirements by our HOA. After explanation of our situation the sales people who I dealt with start getting rude and they never resolved our issue, so I am cancelling with them and going to another company that giving us better coverage with a lot less strings attached. I will not deal with this company again.
Mr. Samadian, per our conversation yesterday, I'm very disappointed to see this negative review as it's the first one in three years. However, it does allow me to investigate the problem, gain some insight, and try and deliver a solution. There was clearly some communication breakdown between a few parties, which ultimately lead to this negative review, particularly with regards to your online listing.
