We have used ProSkill for over six years They are accurate, dependable, and most of all knowledgeable! We just had David Sout to sort out issues with our A/C unit after another company botched the job Great company!

Yesterday I had my hot water heater replaced Since I purchased my home in
it has been a struggle to find good/reliable people to do work on my home I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with ProSkill PlumbingI spoke with Tyler on the phone when I called to ask questions and he was very informative and politeThen when my installer came he was efficient and professional and also very informative!! I can't say enough good things about this company! Oh, my installers name was Matt P *** is definitely a company I would recommend and that I would call again if I ever need any plumbing/heating/ac work done in the future!

Matt (proskill plumber) was very knowledgeable and very proficient in
his work for us He explained every detail, showed us the existing part
which was at the end of its life and in need of replacement He also
checked the water softener, drained some water from the water heater
and in general made some adjustments to every part of our system

Drew & Carl, installed a new air-conditioning system today for us In fact, it was not only new but an upgraded system Moreover, the house design in term of attic access is horrible at best with inappropriate access for any human much less changing out all the air-conditioning and heating hardware They are a professional team that provided outstanding results with excellent customer communications during the entire process Much to the absolute joy of my wife, they did an excellent job finding adequate alternative access to the attic to complete their tasks I might also add customer communications seems to be an overall positive aspect of ProSkill Plumbing, Heating, and Air The dispatch system is head and shoulders above customer expectations Two thumbs up for this installation team and the overall organization Try them, you are going to be happy! Drew and Carl installed a new Trane air conditioner and furnace along with an electronic air cleanerThe crew was very professional and neat along with taking the time to answer questions during the installation
I normally don't do reviews but certainly happy with their meticulous installation and cleanupI was also impressed with their knowledge of the Trane HVAC system and felt comfortable asking them questions about the installation of the high tech system since the thermostat talks to the condenser and air cleanerI have a HVAC background from many years ago and was happy with the commercial installation in a residential house using a flexible flue pipe along with treaded pipe instead of those lousy chains used to hang the furnace in the atticThe crew did the installation in record time of hours and the Trane air conditioner is very quiet and a great SEER rating of 18......take that APS!!! Tired of paying high electric bills to APS
I would recommend this installation crew to anyone and the company Proskill will follow up in a couple of weeks with a quality control inspection of the installation......you get what you pay for and Carl and Drew didn't cut any corners during the installation and were an outstanding team
Keith from Proskill Plumbing and Heating did the follow up to the installation of my air-conditioning and heating system and verified the pressures were within the operating tolerance of the unitI also appreciate Keith adding some wire mesh to the outside condenser unit to prevent any rodents from entering the unitI don't have any rodent issues here but that was over and beyond what I expected from the follow up installation inspectionThanks Keith for the overlook of the installation and would recommend this company and costomer service to anyone
