I called Proskill at o'clock Saturday due to my air conditioner failure and they were out to the house at o'clock Albert, the technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and able to explain the air conditioner's problem Problem solved quickly with parts on board his truck Cost of the service was $less than I spent last ;year on the identical part and service for our second air conditioner with another well known valley wide companyr Albert evaluated our ducting system and made recommendations to make the system operate more efficiently We plan to call Proskill in October, when the attic is cooler, for the ducting upgrades All in all, I would say that an A plus rating is too low for both Proskill and Albert I plan moving all of our air/heating/plumbing work over to Proskill

We had Hunter today for checkup service on our AC and as always with Proskill, he did a great job! We have been using Proskill for all our plumbing, heat and AC for years and
have always been happy with their technicians and service

This past weekend we experienced problems with our furnace and had no heat We Called Proskill Plumbing and A/C in the morning and Keith, the technician, arrived in the later afternoon He determined the problem and advised us of the costHe stayed past what we would consider working hours as he knew we needed the furnace for the evening We were extremely pleased how thorough and tidy he was He put booties on when in the house and after the job was completed vacuumed the work area in the closet It was like you could not tell that someone had worked in the house If you had need of this type of service, we highly recommend Proskill

ProSkill Anthem has the most professional technicians of any service provider I have ever used When my A/C failed their staff quickly had a service technician at our home within hrsand I found them to be extremely caring and concerned and thorough in making sure the system was working well before they left This is the only company I will use for my plumbing, heating and A/C service

Just had our AC/ furnace replaced and our experience, from start to finish, was greatQuick communication to get our initial appointment sand then a confirmation text once appointment is scheduled, a text the day before with a reminder and then another text with a picture of the technician once they are on their way! Appreciate thatDavid came out and found what was wrong with our unit and suggested a replacement (something we knew was coming due to issues with it leaking for years!) Brian came out a few days later and took a look at what size unit we needed and had options, costs and finance options available to discuss…but then we already knew cost since they have this information readily available on their website!!! We just had a great experience with Proskill From the beginning, the office staff was very friendly and offered options for an appointment Appointment was set and Keith P came to our home to investigate the problem He offered a solution , gave us a price and we decided to proceed He arrived on time again, several days later, with the parts and spent over two hours in our attic fixing the problem After he finished he advised us on how to operate the system and answered all our questions Keith P did excellent work He acted very professional and made sure the area was clean before he left I will use Proskill on any future issues and recommend them to everyone I know Their service skills and the professional work ethic they have is outstanding !!
