Called ProSkill for service on our RO system they installed almost years ago...no water was flowing from it A tech was to come out around 1pm, then Greg called and asked if he could come earlier because he had an opening...nice! When Greg arrived, he did a regular servicing (at no charge), then recommended a thorough cleaning when the water still didn't flow He found a very unusual slimy green buion both filters the prevented any water from being filtered (said he's never seen anything like that before), then recommended we either have our water professionally tested to see what's going on, or change the filters more frequently than normal Greg was super quick, very thorough, pleasant to talk with, and knowledgeable about our RO system Great service, reasonable price, and eye-opening about our water! :o}
