cancellation of the account on September 11, 2017 and recapitulated to him the agreement terms and conditions which stipulate that we require a 30 day written cancel notice in order to process cancellation of the account. We received his 30 day written cancel notice effective September 12, 2017 and processed the cancellation of the account accordingly. We ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns.

Ms.[redacted] agreed to perform the self -install of the takeover device then completedthe online agreement.  January 3rd2014 our Sr. technician called Ms. [redacted] to help her install the device at hernew location. She was not home at the time so he asked her to call back whenshe arrived home to assist her with the install. Protect America did not hearfrom Ms. [redacted] again until June 5th, 2014 to which Ms. [redacted]called to cancel due to her system not being installed.  Ms. [redacted] spoke to our cancellationdepartment and was offered a lower monitoring rate and a new takeover device atno charge due to her stating she did not know where the existing equipment was.Protect America, Inc. did not hear from Ms. [redacted] again until December 18th,2014. Ms. [redacted] called to cancel. Our cancellation agent explained that shenever called to have the system set up after we provided her the additionaldevice. December 18th, 2014, Ms. [redacted] was offered a new system witha camera and a technician to come to her home and install the system for her. Ms. [redacted]declined. I am rejecting this response because:I got another contact from protect america today stating the same thing. Even if I pay off the contract today and send them a communication that I no longer want the contract  they will NOT cancel my contract unless I contact them in November 2016 stating that I want to cancel. This is a condition that is not stated in the contract that I signed.

Our records show that our cancellation team provided Mr. & Ms. [redacted] with the proper procedure to cancel their account. It was explained per Protect...

America agreement we require a 30 day written notice. We received their written letter to cancel on 8/19/2015 and the account cancelled on 9/30/2015. Mr. [redacted]’s account is now in collections for non-payment for the months of June, July, August and September. We ask that Mr. [redacted] contact Hillcrest Davidson & Associate to resolve this matter.

thing but do something different.  Since I sent the letters I have received calls telling me that my account will be closed and the past due amount taking off the account.  However, I also received calls telling me that the company wanted the past due amount and that they would taking action with the credit companies.

He declined. He has been provided options on terminating the contract. He has declined. At this time we are unable to reach an amicable resolution. term. This information was provided to her on June 18, 2013 when she initially set up the account and recapitulated to her on May 31, 2016. In July 10, 2017, we provided the necessary information to her needed to process the cancellation of the account. As of to date, we have not received the information required to cancel the account. The balance accrued on the account is valid. We ask that she allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns.

The issues that Ms. [redacted] is experiencing are fixable, we just ask that she allow our technicians to assist her in fixing them. I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because:it shouldn't take almost 2 weeks to repair an alarm system. After being on the phone over an hour I was told it was going to be rushed to me. This sytem wide outage that you speak about,  how does it apply to my situation?  I was told by the protect america tech that my sytem board was bad. So which is it?

I am rejecting this response because: 1. I specifically rejected their offer to upgrade their unit almost 2 years ago.
                                        ... I am supposed to renew a contract every year as per the contract I signed and sent by mail to their office                                     ... close to 5 years ago.                                      ... 3. I spoke to their Supervisor August 25, 2014 with the agreement they will waive said arrears due to non-                                      ... compliance to their monitoring which was absent for almost 2 years. What the Supervisor neglected to                                         ... specify was I had to go online to submit this and no paper was necessary to accomlish this act.
