customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records,customer ordered our Cream and Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 06/05/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.90 and $4.90.The trial expired on 06/20/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 06/20/2017 $94.90 for the Cream and $89.90 for the Serum.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.The following month on 07/20/2017 the customer was charged  for new shipments, $94.90 for the Cream and $89.90 for the Serum.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 07/22/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the followings refunds, $94.90 for the Cream charged on 07/20/2017, $89.90 for the Serum charged on 07/20/2017,94.90 for the Cream charged on 06/20/2017,and $89.90 for the Serum charged on 06/20/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Here are the refund confirmations:$94.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 07/26/2017.      $89.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 07/26/2017.$94.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 07/26/2017.$89.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 07/26/2017.Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 05/19/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.90 and $4.90. However the customer contacted our customer service on 05/21/2017 requesting the Eye Cream subscription be cancelled which we immediately did.On 06/05/2017 the Skin Cream trial expired and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently $94.90  for the original shipment of Skin Cream. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.The following month on  07/03/2017 the customer was charged $94.90 for a new shipment of Skin Cream.Again the following month on  08/03/2017 the customer was charged $94.90 for a new shipment of Skin Cream.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 08/09/2017 and requested for the subscription be cancelled, which we did.We also refunded the customer of all charges for any misunderstanding when placing their order.Here are the refund confirmations:$94.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 08/10/2017.      $94.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 08/10/2017. $94.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 08/10/2017. $4.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 08/10/2017. $5.90 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 05/21/2017. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I would hope that for the benefit of future clients they would consider making their tterms more visible and not hidden.  Thanks to the Better Business for helping to get this matter resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter, but the representative has the facts wrong in this situation. I did contact the company to cancel this order first of all because it is misleading first of all, no where can you find that it says you will be billed in the future 180.00 and some change if you dont cancel the order within 14 days, it only states to pay the shipping costs which I did and if you wanted to continue to recieve their products you could contact them within 14 days or I would have never agreed to this. So when my account was charged I was shocked and called and they offered me a discounted rate which I accepted as I did not think I could get back my full refund. Secondly I never received the the second product that I was billed for only the initial product that I did order. The company issued my account 47.45 for the skin toner and 45.00 for silk skin that I never recieved, so im still out of pocket 92.45 and now three months later I see more charges from this company for 97.67 on 7/17/2017 and 7/28/2017 89.71 and again on 7/31/2017 for 89.77 and I promise you I never ordered from this company again after the experience in April of this year nor has any product been shipped to my address. These charges have put my bank account in a negative state as I live on a fixed income as I was charged over draft fees of 35.00 for each transaction totaling 70.00 in addition I had deposited 90.00 to cover the first charge and it just escalated from there, I am including a copy of my bank statement for you to refer to. I am requesting all my monies be refunded to me as I am a senior and I live on a fixed income and can not afford these kinds of charges on my account. I feel that this company waited until they thought I forgot and just charged me again for these products and when I called they told me an order was placed on july the 7th and I assured the representative I never ordered anything form them why would I Put myself through this again when I already had a problem with them in April. The woman told me there was nothing she could do about it except that I qualified for a 50% discount that I could have refunded back to me and would I like to do that and I said no thank you I would like all my money that I am out refunded to me I never ordered this stuff and she said she could not help me any further and I said thank you I will be contacting the Revdex.com.
