This is a company that advertises a FREE TRIAL offer, pay $for shipping only, for their product and in the fine print they have made some statement that allows them to bill you $if you don't cancel within days, according to the Rep I spoke to in August I called to cancel and was told that if I returned the product unopened, I could cancel but if the TRIAL OFFER product had been opened I couldn't return it Also, there was apparently a link that when I ordered the trial offer it also ordered another product associated and I was also shipped that product as well Let me warn anybody right now that after they get your credit or debit card number you are in for continued shipment surprises Also, after I was successful in cancelling the first product I was not told that the 2nd product was a totally different order and that I needed to cancel it separately, even though the phone number on my bank charge was the same for both I received another bill and notice of 2nd shipment of a product that I thought I had cancelled I called the company this morning and was told that even if I refused the shipment at the door or returned it unopened that the company was not obligated to credit the charges to my account DOES THIS OR DOESN'T THIS appear to be a SCAM at least, if not a fraudulent business practice DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT OR YOU WILL SPEND PLENTY OF MONEY trying to get out from under their grasp

There is nothing on this when you sign up for it that if you dont like the product within days from the order date you have to call to cancel and send back the productNothing on my receipt eitherYou have to scroll to the bottom of the actual web page to see their terms and conditionsAfter going round and round the houses with some robot woman reading a script she finally managed to explain that I am not getting another shipment, but that the $charge was for the original order that I didn't call to cancelSoBy all means give it a goJust know that if you do not call to cancel before the days from original order placement you will be chargedAnd not only that, you then have to send it back anywaySo its not even free to start with! I feel completely ripped off by their underhanded website that they are clearly trying to trick people with The product is not worth $as well they knowYou can get the same thing on Amazon for half the price I obviously understand that ther terms and conditions are what they are But I disagree with the way they set up their site to deliberately trick people into thinking they are getting a free trial

I was not sent a statement. I have the email of the initial charge confirmation but was not sent a statement for the $83.47. I attached the confirmation email which shows the $5.95 charge and order number. And a screen shot of my bank statement with the $83.47 charge. Order# [redacted]

The website for this company boasts a "Worry Free day Money Back Guarantee", but it's complete bogus They don't send anything in with the order or on your confirmation email listing their website or the fact they really want you to cancel in days of PURCHASE and they are still going to charge you if cancelled The terms claim you can send back your unused portion for a refund w/in days, but when you ask they say you cannot I told them I was going to dispute this charge and the representative actually said "almost all of our customers do and they get their money back from the bank and we get to keep the money we charged." I then told him he was knowingly taking advantage of the bank and the customer and that I would file a complaint He called back and offered me a 70% refund so that I wouldn't have to go through the hassle and process with my bank I told him I would not be satisfied w/anything less than a full refund (less my shipping as promised in the ad) He said ok, have a nice day

There are steps to the ordering

final ordering page without that box checkedThen on the 2nd page
is where the customer will enter their credit card information and has to check
a box a second time, prior to submission of the order, stating that they agree
to the terms of the trial offer We do
understand Ms***’s concerns and take them seriously but we also
have a few precautions in place to ensure that the consumer is aware of the
trial offer terms
As we did not receive contact or a
cancellation request within the days as specified in our terms, our system
went ahead and automatically processed $to Ms***’s account on 2/24/for completion of the trial period
and purchasing the one month supplyMs***
contacted our customer support department to cancel on 3/2/2015, at which time
her request was immediately processedThe customer did request a refund but
the refund policy does not allow the trial completion charge to be refunded
once the customer has paid full amountThis policy was explained to Ms
*** and the call was ended
In the
interest of maintaining customer goodwill, we have credited Ms***’s
accountMs*** should see this credit within the next 1-business days
Ms***’s account has been canceled and she will not receive any further

*BEWARE* This company is obviously operating fraudulently by scamming buyers into purchasing trial bottles so they can charge them $for the "free trial" by saying the buyer didn't cancel in time My wife ordered a trial bottle and never received it and then of course days after this company charged my credit card for separate shipping charges ($& $5.94) they put through another charge for $
First problem is the website states the s/h charge is $according to the terms & conditions page So not only did they charge the wrong amount for shipping they did it TWICE
Second I emailed this company on September 28th stating I did not authorize $to be charged to my credit card and explained it is a little difficult to try a product if you haven't received the productI asked for confirmation that the incorrect shipping charges would be refunded as well as the $since they were not authorized or correct
Of course the response from the company is a blanket email response saying the account has been cancelled and I won't incur any future charges or shipments That is fine except the fact they failed to mention the refund for the charges most importantly the one for $that I never authorized in the first place
I email yet again asking for a conformation regarding the refund and I received a response from the company with my original message copied and pasted as their reply
It is clear this company is fraudulent and I will be disputing the charges directly with my credit card company so at least they will have to pay a fee for that!
Stay far away from this company unless you wish to deal with scam artists looking to make money off you
